I rated this a good and not great because the pool, gym, and breakfast options were not available. They use COVID as an excuse which I do not buy. I have used other hotel chains where each of these are available. Otherwise the room and location were good.

Pros (+) Hotel had a "manager's reception" with free beer, wine and food. Very cool.

Pros (+) The room was nice and clean and quiet. The front desk seemed to be struggling with checking people and answering questions. The rest of the staff was there to strictly do their job. They were not concerned with greeting guests and serving them. We would stay here again but the hotel has room for improvement.
Cons (-) The breakfast was fair. The breakfast serving area is extremely small for the size of the hotel and number of guests. The layout of breakfast and flow of the breakfast line is inefficient.
