Location is fantastic; many fabulous walks begin and end in Burley village which is where the Manor is. The hotel itself is a beautiful manor house which adds to the overall experience. Beds are very comfortable.
The location was wonderful, the building itself holds so much history it was an enchantment to be there. From the warm welcome I received from Kieron at the front desk, to the melodic piano playing at dinner, the oh so comfortable bedroom/en suite and breakfast in my room the following morning so cheerfully served - I so enjoyed my stay and will be making another booking very very soon. Thanks everyone who made my stay so fabulous!
What was there not to like???
This is a very attractive hotel in an idyllic location in the New Forest, providing comfort, good service and excellent food.
There was nothing not to like.
The Location of the hotel. The surroundings and the staff were wonderful. The Food was my favourite. You have a fantastic Chief at the hotel.
Nothing it was fantastic.
Hotel is in an excellent location. The building itself is spectacular. The rooms could do with a bit of upgrading, especially the bathroom. Overall a very positive experience.
Premier Room very good

The location is lovely. Breakfast was very good
Tried for a later check-out (12.00) but told rooms had to be cleaned for next guests (not sure how long they need to clean the rooms!)
