Patrons should be made aware of what is no longer provided once booking. The pool was closed. No dishwasher in room. Carpet needs replaced. Found good under bed. Rude check in person.

We got a great price on the room. I stayed there 8/11-8/12 for preop appts at Mayo. Then checked in a day early for surgery 8-15-20. First day I was alone, the rest my family stayed while I was in the hospital. Multiple times during our stay out key fob randomly didn’t work.
