The rooms are very nice, modern, clean and cozy. We slept very well on the good beds. The location is very near the subway and trainstation. Free: Wi-Fi, internet point, water, coffee.....it is in a walking distance from all the important monuments and galleries in town.
Dream Station is safe, clean and provides all the amenities that a tourist would want from his stay in Rome. Clearly recently renovated. Overall, an incredible value for the money, comfortable stay, pleasant/polite guests. Loved the height of the ceilings. Water, juice and snacks are being restocked daily on the kitchen, which is very clean. While some people complain that the breakfast is too simple, we were there to explore Rome, not eat breakfast or spend time in the room. You don't like it - buy yourself a sandwich for a couple of bucks. While for us it wasn't a problem, a 10 minute walk takes you to the nice neighborhood. Excellent if your trip continues to another city - you are close to the train station.
The area is not the best in Rome, it is a bit noisy (if you get the street view - 2 out of 3 rooms have street view) at night since the Roma Termini station is across the street. We stayed for 4 days, the room/towels/sheets were not changed once. I wish they were changed at least every 2-3 days, but I guess not that bad - resembles somewhat a home environment.
Dream Station is normaly bed&breakfest hotel with perfect location for discover monuments of Roma. Termini Station with metro, tram, train, bus and taxi is only 50 m. Wi-Fi is OK.
Street before hotel is very busy and heavy noise can be bad for your sleeping. Breakfest is only from wrapped food - no fresh bread or croissant.
The room was pretty funky for a such a place, nicer than staying in a hotel. More personal. It is a B&B in a 3 bedroom apartment, but you have all you need and more. The breakfast was a little basic, but you get what you pay for and you have: espresso, ice tea, water and snacks on hand all the time. Plus a full kitchen for cooking. The area is not the best, but we never felt unsafe walking around at night. Lots of attention, but nothing that you can't just keep walking past
The bathroom door in the purple room was really loud. But hey you get what you pay for, the shower was good though.
