Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's exceptional central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The service, especially from staff members like Maya and Miguel, was frequently described as friendly, attentive, and helpful. Many guests appreciated the unique and charming atmosphere, with antique furnishings and a special ambiance. Cleanliness was generally viewed positively, though a few reviews noted areas for improvement. The breakfast, however, received criticism for its limited options and lack of variety, with several guests expressing disappointment. Overall, the positives of location, service, and atmosphere stood out most.
