The Exe International Palace is a historic, 1800s building set in the heart of Rome, Italy. Across the street from the beautiful Opera Theater, it is conveniently located whether a traveler is visiting for business, leisure or both. Walk to the Repubblica Metro Station or the Termini Train Station, but also easily reach such iconic landmarks as the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Landmarks within one mile from the hotel include the Church of Santa Susanna, Quirinale Palace, National Museum of Rome, Piazza della Repubblica, the Rio Tiber, the Roman Forum, the Colosseum and many others. Naturally, guests are also surrounded by some of the best food in the world, but may also enjoy the popular onsite eatery, too.
While the location and historic beauty of the hotel are enough to make it worthy of consideration, the long list of amenities and services further enhance its appeal. There are options for bike rentals, airport shuttles, business services, a concierge and tour desk to help ensure a flawless visit, cleaning and laundry services, a car rental desk, and options for breakfast service in guest rooms.
The 192 rooms in the hotel are stylishly decorated, spacious and quite luxuriously appointed with such amenities as flat-screen TVs and entertainment systems, free Wi-Fi, work desks, sitting areas, private baths with luxury linens and spa toiletries, climate controls, mini-bars, and telephone services.

Cons:The one thing we did not like was that our double bed was two singles pushed together, which is not uncommon for Europe, but not preferable to us.
Cons:The hotel is in bad shape. Carpet is shabby, paint chipping off walls, etc. I'd stayed at a Eurostar hotel in Munich that was modern, clean and very comfortable and thought the Rome location would be similar since it's a chain...but they seemed like two different companies. That said, it's fine for the budget traveler. Clean room and decent shower, but the whole place from the lobby to the rooms are just much shabbier than they appear online.
Cons:The contental breakfast wasn't very nice sorry to say... the pasteries were to die for on the other hand though.
