The location was excellent. 2 min walk from the rail station, and about a 5-7 min walk from the ancient Rome. We had breakfast included in the package which was a nice addition since Rome does not wake up until afternoon. The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was clean.
The room was super tiny and the worst part was the bed. It was a good size but the mattress was horrible. The springs were digging into my ribs at night. But we were so tired from walking everywhere all day that I guess it did not matter. The shower was super tiny but it got the job done.
Nice location, close to Metro stations & city center. The staff is very-very kind and helpful, giving accurate instructions for everything.
Very-very small rooms. The road in front was almost allways in traffic jam which causes much noise in the rooms, especially the ones in the front side of the hotel. Some details are not considered as they should (very dirty balconys & balcony doors, some humidity on the walls of the bathroom, cracks on the walls of the rooms).
No computer availible only WIFI
Nice and helpful staff. Clean.
Rooms on street side are incredibly noisy. After complaining, we got another, quieter, room. However, the bed was so hard and the very small room so warm that we hardly slept during our stay (5 nights!). No Internet in rooms, only in lobby + only one channel on television (CNN). Expect a 2 star hotel.
Great location. Good price. Breakfast ok.
The room was on the 4th floor - The elevator was not working..
Staff was very welcoming. Gaetano was especially friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the location was perfect.
Staff was friendly, free breakfast
Good choice for breakfast. Quiet room.
Room very small. Could not open blinds (so very dark)
Fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff were brilliant - very helpful and informative. People have given negative comments about the breakfast - but we found it to be perfect (continental style). I would highly recommend the balcony rooms. The actual hotel rooms are fairly small, but it was a delight to sit on the balcony in the evenings with a bottle of wine!
Room was excellant
tha good breakfast
some rooms are close to the reception and sometimes are noisy.
