Location of hotel was excellent. Staff was less than friendly, excepting night time concierge. Very noisy room off main street, although requested quiet room.
Food was so-so. Terrace was not available first night as reserved for private party. Noisy room location. Day concierge was less than friendly.

great location and great views from the terrace.
we were on the 2nd floor this year and the street noise was much louder. also the hotel implemeted a 15 euro charge for bringing a guest to breakfast. we found it to be too excesive. it was free 2 years ago.

The breakfast that was served on the roof was beautiful and delicious. The man that served the breakfast each day was so kind and professional. He was the bright spot of the hotel.
The staff was rude. They couldn't seem to look up form their computer screen long enough to answer questions and look us in the eye. The rooms were way too small with too much furniture in them. Our TV never worked properly.

the fully air conditioned rooms, very useful as it was 40 degrees, excelent location for the Vatican, staff were helpful, nice room.
