Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near metro stations, the Vatican, and local shops, making sightseeing and commuting easy. The service and hospitality from the hosts were frequently highlighted as warm and accommodating. Cleanliness was another strong point, with many noting spotless rooms and daily housekeeping. Comfortable beds were mentioned positively, though a few guests found mattresses too soft. However, the breakfast received mixed to negative feedback, with several guests disappointed by the lack of fresh options and prepackaged items. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out most.AI-generated from customer reviews
