Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot and access public transport. Several reviews highlight spacious rooms and beautiful views, particularly from balconies. However, many guests note the lack of an elevator and the numerous stairs as a significant drawback, especially for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Cleanliness and service receive mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others mentioning issues such as sporadic communication, minimal amenities, and occasional maintenance problems. Overall, the location is the standout feature, but accessibility may be a concern for some travelers.
