Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore Rouen's main attractions on foot. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, several reviews mentioned the lack of an elevator and the inconvenience of carrying luggage up steep stairs, especially to higher floors. Parking was also noted as a challenge, with limited or paid options nearby. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was positive for those seeking a convenient and welcoming stay in the heart of the city.
