It was clean in the beginning
Yes, I asked for clean wash clothes and towels. I didn¿t get them had to get them from my in laws. I also asked could someone clean our room and no one did.
Bed and pillows were comfortable. It was on our way to where we were traveling to.
Old, not really updated. HVAC noisy. A whole nest of bed bugs living in the clock radio. Killed one adult in the bed and two or three smaller ones in the night stand before we realized where they were coming from.

The picture on the internet showed a beautiful remodeled room. Our room had construction debris in the parking lot in front of our door. No remodeling had been done.

The room reaked of smoke. We woke up having to take a shower because it was in our hair and clothing.
the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. i don't recall any issues with the wifi. that's really all i need.
the toilet didn't flush and the smoke detector was ripped off the wall. the television was warbled in a way i hadn't seen since the 1990s, but it was neat to remember that tv used to be like that.
