I loved the staff, José greeted me with such kindness and generosity, and also gave me fantastic advice for my trip. Breakfast was amazing and of course, the view from the room was UNBELIEVABLE!!! WOW!!!

The view overlooking the Valley is absolutely stunning (even though you shouldn’t expect to see the palm trees from there ;-). Our balcony was very appreciated, as well as the breakfast served on the terrace.
Our room clearly needed refurbishment and redecoration (in particular the bathroom, with a broken window and rust all over): the stunning view should not be an excuse to limit maintenance of the place!

The view, the breakfast and the helpfull staff.
The room was a bit small and it had windows which were facing the stairs. I wouldnt mind that, but if we did open the windows it didnt really feel very safe. The shower was constantly changing temperature. From very hot to very cold.

The reception staff was nice and helpful. The place itself has an amazing view and having breakfast outside was amazing. Overall service is great (i.e lending boots or booking jeeps and tours for you)
Bathroom was not nice. The toilet was improperly positioned and very cumbersome to use. The shower water super hard to control and we had to fix the shower door ourselves.. Walls are thin and this particular room lacks privacy and has no view whatsoever.
