Copa delayed the fight three times. We ended up flying about 24 hours after the original time.

This was my first time flying Copa but I'll definitely be back! Great service, professional agents, and delicious food for a fair price. Thanks for a great trip!

No boarding announcements leading to the usual confusion and people trying to board before their group number.

I liked nothing about this particular flight. Not only it was initially delayed for two hours due to late arrival of the plane, but the flight attendants were also very late to show up coming from a hotel (based on the announcement made by the gate agent). They did not arrive on another late flight, so why couldn't they be on time? Total disrespect of the passengers!! The plane itself was cramped and the seats super uncomfortable. To top off the poor experience, my video screen did not work. To summarize: flight delayed for 3 hours, cramped and no entertainment (for me).

16 Hours delayed, NOT because of the cybersecurity Microsoft issue, but because we were one flight attendant short, then when the missing flight attendant showed up two hours later, the flying shift of our pilot had expired, so, now no pilot. American Airlines is the new Spirit Airlines, actually, that is not fair for Spirit, they are probably better.

They kept posting delaying flight due to maintenance issues from incoming arrival flight since 10am, the flight is supposed to depart at 3:45pm, after kept delay until 12am, they finally said it’s canceled. What were they doing for the last 13 hours? After 2am, they still don’t find hotel where we can stay. terrible experience!

The crew was very helpful and the aircraft was clean. More attentiveness to us in business class.

The staff who helped me get on the plane were great. I have Parkinson so I choose my seat carefully. You changed my seat causing me to be in the second to last seat making getting on and off the plane cumbersome. At check in, I waited for 40 minutes for a wheelchair that never came. I fortunately can walk even though I am very slow so I made it to my flight. This was frustrating and difficult.

Paid for premium economy had no tv the whole time the crew tried to reset/reboot but would not work they said they would put a trouble ticket in for it. We had 3 seats my tv was the only one that didn't work. They cancelled our flight re worked us on another that left us at airport over night on the floor I have a ten year old and a 78 diabetic mother which also had shingles and suffers from nerve pain in legs and back. Requested wheelchair service at all airports after the re route NO wheelchair service was there to help. WORST experience we have ever had. Went to American airlines assistance it was closed. I AM FURIOUS!!! I expect some sort of compensation from this traumatic experience and no need for flying points we don't plan on using American airlines again!!!!

Flight boarded without pilots. Sat on plane for 3 hrs. after over an hour late boarding. Plane never took off. Had to deplane near midnight. Line for rebooking was 3 hours + long. I had to leave.

lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints

Flight was delayed and missed connecting flight. Did not give warning about delay until we showed up at the airport. Not good.

Horrible. They canceled several flights and kept pushing us to different flights. We were 12 hours in the airport with no compensation and not even a single apology.

Terrible. Flight was delayed without explanation, airplane was in poor condition (old, dirty) and crew was not in a good mood.

Definitely my worst experience. We booked a flight JFK - Cartagena with a layover at Bogota. My partner and I were on time for the boarding at 10:55pm. We were about to enter in the plane, literally, when one of the officer from the airline Avianca, took the passport of my partner to apparently « looked at his luggage reservation ». It made no sense, first the luggage was under my name, and then we went through all the controls at the airport. The person went back to the gate inside the airport, I followed my partner. The employees from the airline were rude and disrespectful. They were not explaining us what’s was going on. After 5 minutes of silence treatment. They told us that my partner was intoxicated (it was absolutely not true, they never conducted tests btw) and he couldn’t board in the plane and he will take the next one. They didn’t late us coordinated the trip, and not even let us say goodbye to each other. I was forced to take the plane to bogota and my partner to stay in NYC. It was traumatic. My partner had to wait 6h in the airport (night time) and he had to pay an additional ticket even tho the employees mentioned he was going to take the next flight. We are going to file a complain. It’s unbelievable. First and last time I will ever use this airline. I do not recommend.

The personal at the front desk in Manaos was awesome, I have never experience anything like that before, the person who attended me deserves to have a promotion I still remember him, very educated, kind but overall he could put himself on your position

More than 3 hours of delay and not even a snack was given.

GOL made the flight experience a true delight. Everything was smooth, from the check in process, to the disembarking moment.

Flight was delayed and still they didn't manage to transfer my bag to the flight. The onboard staff was quick to show desperation and frustration with the not-so-easy passengers.

Do not book a flight thru Toronto Pearson to the US with less than 2 hrs between connecting flights. With 90 minutes (which I had) if your first plane is 25-30 minutes late by the time you debark, walk to go through security again, go through US customs and find your new gate with at least 15 minutes before your departure. If you stop to go the the bathroom you will be lucky to catch your flight, in my case I wasn’t lucky. The airline should not offer flights that do not allow you time to get to your second plane, bad customer service!

It was swiss air flight and they were very helpful and kind

My flight was delayed in Calgary and I missed my connecting flight to Cincinnati. I was rebooked on a flight the following day. I did not receive a food or lodging voucher.

I didn't actually get to take this flight. It was canceled and the automated system rerouted my party of four (including a minor and a person in a wheelchair) to three different airports. Since we had a three hour drive from Newark this was clearly unacceptable. For all of us to end up in Newark would have required waiting at least one day, probably longer.

Constant delays worked out in our favor but definitely extended our travel day

Flight was excellent in all aspects, - comfort , food, drinks, service, entertainment. Inspite of the computer glitch, the flight was on schedule and flawlessly. Thank you, air Canada.

We missed our Toronto connection. Air Canada rebooked us for the next day. We had purchased premium seats but our rebooked flight was nearly full and we did not sit together. Seats were way in the back of the plane. Air Canada did provide us with a hotel stay. Agent upon deplaning told us luggage would be sent through to our final destination. Customer service person told us our luggage would be at the carousel. It never showed up, so we lost an hour waiting for it, already well past my bedtime by now. My husband has limited mobility. Baggage agent advised us the luggage did, indeed, get placed somewhere for our next day flight and provided us with an overnight kit (shaving kit, oral hygiene kit, sleep shirt, etc.) and it was very much appreciated and needed. Husband has mobility issues and we found that wheelchair assistance is not provided during layover stops, which made it difficult (and slow) for us to get from gate to customer service to baggage claim to hotel shuttle. We were given food vouchers but were too exhausted to use them before going to hotel. For the most part, all agents we dealt with were respectful and pleasant, although only a few were as warm, friendly and helpful as most of the Canadians we had interacted with during our visit.

We paid $110 for more leg room. My traveling companion’s knees were right up against the seat in front. Where was more leg room. We feel ripped off. Food,,,there wasn’t any not even a bag of pretzels. As a result, there was very little service.

Was downgraded from Premium Economy to Economy and no indication of any compensation.

We were never contacted that our flight from Glasgow to London was delayed. Got to airport six hours early to find that we were going to miss our connecting flight to BWI. Our flight is scheduled for two days later and they only gave us a voucher for one night hotel. E we’re delayed on the front end too and had to fly to Edinburgh instead of Glasgow arriving six hours and taking a $200 cab!

The leg room on the plane was the smallest I have encountered in all my travels. Ił only 5’4

Staff at check in and on the flight were great, no issues. Check in was slow, massive queues, badly/incorrectly listed on the information boards. Lots of confusion and irritation. At least 3 different flights (Southampton, Heathrow and Edinburgh) we're being forced through 2 check in terminals, hence the queue. Plane wasn't cleaned and crisps littered the floor. Chewing gum was stuck inside the seat pocket so unusable. £3 for a black coffee on the plane was a joke. Even at easyJet, you can get a proper coffee for that but none available on the BA flight. Plane was delayed by over an hour, possibly nothing to do with BA but it added to the poor experience. Luggage took 45 minutes to come through on the reclaim belt. Again may not be BA issue but unless they and other airlines deal with these issues on our behalf, they'll get the bad reviews. Overall, not a good days travelling.

Cancelled our flight due to weather. But didn’t rebook us on the next available flight. Had to spend over 5 hours on calls to get on a wait list: and then whole day at the airport to get ticket confirmed. Absolutely terrible. Need to shut down airlines if they cannot perform basic tasks such as rebooking for their own cancellation

we departed 5 hours late. Instead of 10pm it was after 2AM and the business lounge thew us out at 1AM and everyone was standing around the boarding gates. When we did board, the crew was nice, served dinner and then was not to be seen again until we landed. No breakfast (which is not great for diabetes)

Staff very good as was flight. Bad experience getting through passport control at Budapest airport. Very crowded, long wait and told to get in the wrong queue

Crew was not friendly. No complimentary drink or food. Unable to pre-check in online. Line up at the airport was horrible. Three agents for a a very long line of passengers. Late departing.

Boarding good. Seats uncomfortable when lie flat. Food was awful. Tasted stale and chicken was dry. No live tv or flight map. Had to pay for internet.

My luggage never arrived to Zurich. They can't confirm when it will arrive
