Pros (+) The executive room breakfast was pleasant and attended by a very nice server. The large pond outside was nice for a stroll around in the morning. The bed itself was comfortable and the room was nice and large.
Cons (-) The counter staff when checking in made us wait and excrutiating amount of time, and even called a couple in front of us that had arrived later. The check-in cookies were overly sweet and not fresh, but heated. The pillows were abundant, but none of them were comfortable. The TV didn't work, period. If you pushed the power on it would take about 5 minutes to load a blank channel and then if you hi...
