PRO: Large comfortable room on the plaza area, near parking garage. Comfortable bed. Nice restaurant on the premises. Con: We were told on the phone the day before check in that we would be allowed to use the pool before our room was ready, but when we arrived in the early afternoon we were told that was not possible.

Pros (+) We usually stay here and have a good experience, but we are disappointed they gave us a room right next to the tequila bar. We have young children and they were up all night because of the music in the bar. Also parking is a nightmare, $12 or not it was difficult to figure out which building was connected to which parking lot.
Cons (-) The room key didn't work when we got to the room, the staff had to "check" to see if our reserved room was even available. The breakfast buffet was not refreshed more than once, by the time we ate at 8 am everything was stale and cold or dried out. If people pay for a stay and are allowed a buffet, at least make it seem like you care enough to keep the food fresh. Wait staff was practically non ex...

Pros (+) Everything was awesome except for the odd location of our hotel room. However, it was a beautiful room with a beautiful view.
Cons (-) I stayed in the 600 building. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the location of my room. It is a good walking distance from the lobby. You actually have to go past the hotel lobby, make a right at the next street, go up the hill and then you'll reach the 600 building. The directions they gave were exactly on point and made it easier to find.
