    We had just travelled 12000 km from England and arrived at Rancho Villa Alegre at 2pm on 31 March to find the gate locked. No reply received to both phone numbers given. Neighbour thought they were away. After 3 hours of trying we had to find some where else, when very tired. The booking had been confirmed via Booking.com a few days earlier. We still have not received any explanation or apology. Do not risk booking here - you will be let down!!!
