Cons (-) Hotel fraudulently charged me for smoking in my room. Luckily I was able to dispute it with card services. Staff was shady and unfriendly. Check in clerk was rude.
Pros (+) Great locations, easy to get anywhere . The rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful

Pros (+) Definitely don't judge a book by its cover here. The inside of this place is really nice. Very clean and pretty updated compared to other places in the city (we travel a lot). The shower works great, even has a freaking keureg in the rooms, an iron and a nice big closet with hangers! We chose this place for its location, we had an event at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium and it was a nice 15 min walk...
Cons (-) The only down side is that there are no black-out curtains to keep the morning sun out. There are blinds/shutters of course, but no curtains.

Cons (-) The room was a bit noisy being so close to the street and at nightime is a bit sketchy with the homeless in the area. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay!
