Great choice in this part of the city.
Excellent choice when traveling to The Great American Music Hall.
Do yourself a favor and skip this stay.
Hotel fraudulently charged me for smoking in my room. Luckily I was able to dispute it with card services. Staff was shady and unfriendly. Check in clerk was rude.
Great locations, easy to get anywhere . The rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful
The hotel area is scary A lot of crazy people around
Would def come back
Definitely don't judge a book by its cover here. The inside of this place is really nice. Very clean and pretty updated compared to other places in the city (we travel a lot). The shower works great, even has a freaking keureg in the rooms, an iron and a nice big closet with hangers! We chose this place for its location, we had an event at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium and it was a nice 15 min walk. Beds are great also, the staff is really nice and parking is first come first serve but it's FREE. We would definitely coming back to this hotel. Thumbs up for sure, great for the price.
The only down side is that there are no black-out curtains to keep the morning sun out. There are blinds/shutters of course, but no curtains.
Rooms were big and comfortable, central location and parking is a plus. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay
The room was a bit noisy being so close to the street and at nightime is a bit sketchy with the homeless in the area. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay!
Nothing. Literally nothing.
Everything. Literally everything. This could be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Drug dealers only.
