Extreme road/street noise every night. As the homeless community is prolific. Hotel even gives you earplugs on arrival. Room was good, clean and bed comfy .
Pros (+) Not far from downtown
Cons (-) Not clean , drug area , no smile from staff
Pros (+) Cheap and close proximity to Civic Center.
Cons (-) The rooms need to be remodeled badly. Outdated furniture, stained carpet, etc
