Pros (+) We loved Hotel Fusion so much! Stayed here for two nights after we drove up the coast. The decor and architecture was so amazing and inviting from a long day on the busy streets. We arrived early and they let us check in a little earlier then expected, because the rooms were ready and we wanted to rest for a bit. Pros (+) You can't beat the location. It's one block away from Macy's and the Powell St cable car stop. Major shopping stores are all within walking distance.
Cons (-) The room is quite small.

Cons (-) AC was broken so we couldn't sleep. We informed front desk but it was no surprise and they just said sorry without doing anything else for us.
