Pros (+) We loved Hotel Fusion so much! Stayed here for two nights after we drove up the coast. The decor and architecture was so amazing and inviting from a long day on the busy streets. We arrived early and they let us check in a little earlier then expected, because the rooms were ready and we wanted to rest for a bit. Cons (-) My room had a funny order. Not sure if all rooms were like that.
Pros (+) You can't beat the location. It's one block away from Macy's and the Powell St cable car stop. Major shopping stores are all within walking distance.

Cons (-) The room was very small and the in-window air conditioner was very loud. This hotel isn't for people looking for great amenities. If space isn't a concern, and money is, this is an adequate option for the Union Square area.
Pros (+) After a day of run arounds, my trip was delayed about 7 hours, I was supposed to check-in at 3pm. I called the hotel to let them know I was going to be late so that they could hold my room. The 2 times I called to push back my check-in time the staff at the hotel made me feel like it was not hassle.
