Pros (+) We didn't ask for anything special, but everything went very smoothly. Easy check-in, room was ready early. Vintage era bathroom was very clean and the towels fluffy. Free safe and iron/board in room....
Cons (-) Small room but was expected, and not our goal to spend much time in the room anyway. The tiny bathroom sink and glass shelf above it make it difficult and even a bit unsafe to wash your face. Like so ...

Pros (+) Good location within Union Square. Staff was friendly and provided complimentary breakfast near room. Also, overnight parking is right behind hotel and is affordably priced at $30.
Cons (-) Only one service elevator that is really old. Stairs are steep and would be difficult to carry luggage going up the stairs.
