10.0 Excellent
Pros: Although they were doing work to the property, it is a beautiful place. I loved sitting by the pool before my meeting with the option to have a drink or snack before dinner. It is a very impressive place.
Cons: Nothing that I could say was a concern. I think the location is perfect for getting around Pasadena and for those that want privacy they can find it here.
6.3 Good
Pros: Good location & decoration
Cons: Change family room to king bed room without proper explanation. The price is totally different! No bottle water offered in room. Valet parking service is low efficiency. Call on phone ahead of time but the vehicle still on a long way to wait.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The entire staff were very polite and Courteous. The property was clean and offered a lot of amenities.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The service was superior. The spa is great. The pool area is great. The gardens are lovely.
Cons: The morning coffee options were not great, but not bad.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff and very nice location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a fabulous hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful with the best attraction being the central courtyard where my husband and I spent many hours. The staff was also exceptional. When a cleaning woman calls you by your name and adds more bottled water in the bathroom because she sees you are on medications, you know something is special.
Cons: Breakfast was expensive, but there was a wonderful coffee cart at the entrance of the hotel with excellent baked goods and coffee which could then be eaten in the beautiful courtyard--much more reasonable than eating breakfast by the pool.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The history and vibe. For the money, I got a very nice room. Unfortunately I had no time to actually experience the hotel. I am not a typical client and was actually looking to experience the hotel for the first time. Things just didn't work out.
Cons: Honestly, I don't pay for parking. Paying for parking is one reason I would choose to stay elsewhere.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in a fantastic location very convenient to Pasadena attractions and even greater LA attractions. The setting in a quiet tree-lined area is great for walking.
Cons: We got a patio room but oddly it was a shared patio with the room next door which was a bit of a privacy issue and made us reluctant to use the patio. Had we known we would not have requested a patio room. Also, the room was a bit cave-like. On the plus side, it was very quiet though is was just below the bar. We also had to wait about an hour for our room. The hotel gave us a drink voucher to sit in the bar rule we waited which was nice but we did find the staff a bit awkward with how to deal with customer service issues.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Extraordinary staff. If a puzzled expression crosses your brow, someone offers to help immediately. Pool opens at 6 a.m.
Cons: We had four rooms for a family gathering. In one, the A/C was marginally effective. The others had a little more afternoon shade. I wish we had selected rooms closer to the pool.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was super but the view. Great service. Comfortable room.
Cons: View.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Our family will continue to return to this exceptional hotel. Will definitely visit again soon !!
dusitD2 Hotel Constance Pasadena - Pasadena - Building

9.0 Excellent (1,872 reviews)
C$ 273+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel Constance Pasadena in Pasadena, you'll be in the business district, within a 15-minute walk of Pasadena Playhouse and Pasadena Museum of California Art. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: For an adult perspective was good in the overall.
Cons: For kid perspective was not friendly enough. Their was no kids pool at least for a 5 year old. The bed was to small full beds, I haven't sleep in that size until my hotel visit. We were 5 people in the room and the first and second night they didn't delivered a crib for my son because they explain to me the first night that lack of space in the room. I told them to send me the mattress of the crib and on the third night, I requested again the same thing and they say they did send it and I told them they can go up to my room and see for them self. At that point they send the crib mattress. First two days supper uncomfortable my neck still hurts by the way.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Interior Design of rooms. Lobby was ugly. Beds were worn.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was great for dining. Good attractions nearby, too.
Cons: Bathroom lacked hand towels and wash clothes when we arrived.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, contemporary hotel with friendly staff. Good location and most things within Pasadena easily walkable. We had 2 rooms which were opposite each other & rooms were of a good size. Pool was lovely with lots of outside sitting for relaxing.
Cons: Not much storage space to unpack suitcases. We lived out of our suitcase for 6days.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and unique blend of historic building with modern decor and amenities. Room was supremely quiet -- I heard no street noise from Colorado Blvd. Bed was outfitted with a selection of pillows that varied in size and firmness to suit the individual guest -- a nice touch!
Cons: Breakfast cost $12 and was not impressive. Was like the spread other hotels offer as complimentary. Parking cost $19, but luckily I read other reviews beforehand and parked in a private lot down the street.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The place was nice
Cons: The a/c in our room broke and the staff was aware of this and the staff never notified us and I thought that we accidentally turned it off and when we wore unable to figure it out for a full day we called the from desk for instructions and the front desk offered us a new room immediately but by then I had a major migraine from being all day in a hot room.I am not happy with their service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, convenient and comfortable. Near everything we needed to do. Easy parking underground.
Cons: Pay extra for parking, would love it to be included.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was told they just had Have room renovation therefore it’s very clean
4.5 Okay
Pros: Clean
Cons: - it’s “open concept,” meaning there’s a WINDOW to the bathroom from your bed. It’s partly fogged glass (not the bottom or top), but still invasive and offers no privacy. You can literally watch your loved ones pooping and showering. - the bathroom has barn doors that don’t fully close or lock. No privacy or sound proofing. - there’s a sign saying “no outside food/beverage.” No idea what that means! If I pay $250 for a room, I should be able to bring whatever I want with me. The minibar was completely empty, no snacks or drinks, so I don’t know what they expect. - the lobby and restaurants were very empty, like a ghost town. I waited about 20 minutes for a waiter to show up during peak lunch hours even though there was no other customers. They were out of several food items, and didn’t have any specialty coffees on the menu despite having a cappuccino machine on display. - there’s a smart tablet and app to turn all the lights on/off, but it’s very slow and clunky. Took a while for the lights to react. Also, the restaurant listings are outdated (wrong name of restaurant) and no mention if there’s any room service at all. - the tv had some sort of wire/sensor hanging from it. It looked like a spy cam, but I could be wrong. Maybe it’s just a sensor for the remote or something, but it was odd and creeped me out.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was a unique property
10.0 Excellent
Pros: it was hip with colors
Cons: no microwave
9.0 Excellent
Cons: $20 Charge to check in early - even if I did not want room access.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: I like this area and room is clean, good breakfast. We stayed three time in this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good for one stop night
4.3 Okay
Cons: Very noisey area for traffic felt a little unsafe while in this neighbourhood
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great for the Rose Bowl flea market and close enough to business in downtown LA. Great staff comfortable rooms and free parking!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location near my niece's home. Staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. Breakfast options were good.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The only problem I had was the location. The booking company made it seems like it was 17 miles from the airport, but it was actually further and for los angeles traffic it makes everything harder. Otherwise it was very comfortable and has a unique Asian influence that I liked. The interior was clean and you can tell they try to cater to their guest. My daughter loved it and I would definitely stay here again. It's worth EVERY penny!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have used this hotel for 2 years. The receptionist is friendly, the rooms are updated, spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially like the room amenities, they are perfect for me. My kids said they want to come back here :)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and breakfast, free parking, free wifi
Cons: no gym, but it's only like 2 or 3 stars and price was great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is nice, room is clean ,felt happy and safe in the hotel
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was a good location for me.
Cons: It could use better parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amenities and location the staff were helpful
Cons: Cleaning could have been better found three dirty towels used and wet inside the bathroom and one on the floor next to my side of the bed on the floor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Check-in and -out were a breeze. Very professional and courteous staff everywhere. Room was very clean w/ plenty of towels available. Appreciated the in-room coffeemaker and mini fridge. Wifi was fast and reliable. And my daughter especially appreciated the free cookies at the front desk.
Cons: The parking situation got crazy sometimes, w/ many cars parked in non-valid spots. I believe many of the cars didn't belong to hotel guests. The breakfast was pretty good but could have had more hot selections. Coffee wasn't great.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. It was nice. Very upscale
Cons: The rate
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was amazing, guest service was excellent, the atmosphere was great. I will definitely be coming back here.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Breakfast was good. Location was great!
Cons: We arrived at 2pm after driving 6 hours. We knew checkin was at 4. We said that we would walk downtown to have lunch and browse. The very nice girl said she would store our luggage and give us a call if our room was ready earlier. We returned a little before 4 and were greeted at the counter by a young man. We told him our name and on bringing up our reservation, he said with no expression at all that they were over booked and they couldnt accommodate us. We were shocked. He said we could get a room at a Sheriton. We told him that was not acceptable. He said that was a problem when booking with a 3rd party. And we couldnt stay. We said that our luggage was being stored and our car was parked in their garage. I asked if everyone else had already been checked in and he said not yet. So I suggested that he should bump someone else. He left then came back and said we could have the room as a "courtesy", but he would have to deny someone else. It was as though we were selfish and unreasonable. So no matter that our room was comfortable, that experience left us feeling less than welcome and not eager to return. Sharon Williams
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great soundproof windows as well as walls and ceiling. Great bathroom in the suite! Location is good, close enough to grocery stores. The breakfast is not the best one, I would say it's good but not excellent, every day everything almost the same, it can be definitely improved, but it's still good enough (except waffle makers).
Cons: The cookware was not great in the suite, usable but not very good, non-stick surface of pots and pans is scratched and burned our a bit. Fortunately we did not use them much. In the breakfast area there were two waffle makers and one of those definitely must be replaced.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good but somewhat disorganized. The pool was nice and the location was great.
Cons: Room was small especially when the sofa bed was opened. There was only a single cup coffee maker and not enough coffee. The amount charged for daily parking is way too high.
7.5 Good
Pros: good
Cons: having the room for the full week
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Large and very well equipped room, quiet. Close to city center.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the very modern room with smart tv and modern kitchenette.
Cons: I would have like some healthy options for breakfast other than just oatmeal.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Bed very comfy... very clean

Pros: Beds were very comfortable! I fell alseep minutes from hitting the pillows! Rooms were very clean! I like that there were no curtains hanging from the windows so kids don't mess with them. But there were still blackout blinds to keep everyone sleeping in the morning. Walkable to places to eat. Valet service is excellent.
Cons: I'm sure it's a green thing, but prefer having a trash can with a bag or with a lid for throwing out dirty diapers.

Cons: The lou was not clean

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was there for business and had never stayed at a hotel with such pleasant and friendly staff and the breakfast was better than most restaurants. The hot tub was clean and a great addition after a long days driving.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was very clean. Bed was nice and comfortable.
7.5 Good
Pros: the cleanens
Cons: great
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk staff was amazing so kind and professional it was genuine. The pillows where amazing I took pictures of the tags so I can buy them back home. Are sink and tub where clogged they where able to fix it before we got back from Disney Land, witch was great because we where told we might have to move rooms and we did not want that since are was directly across the pool entrance and near the exit to the parking lot. Great locations right behind there is a mall and restaurants across the street is late night fast food.
Cons: Breakfast is very simple and plain it’s definitely continental. It was always the same thing. Rooms are small standard size I was expecting them to be a bit bigger a long with the beds. The beds are more like full size beds then queen sized.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean, beds comfortable. Property is close to shopping and complimentary breakfast satisfying which included hot items (bacon & scrambled eggs, & cheese omelettes). Would stay here again!
Cons: Everything suited our needs!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was basic and with no variation. After 4 days you do not want it any more. Facilities are OK but not for a 4 stat hotel.
Cons: A bit pricey for what you get. Also too far from LA main attractions and LA traffic is unbearable.
4.5 Okay
Pros: I thought that the visual effects of the hotel were not bad.
Cons: the clerk that checked us in put my family and i on separate sides of the building. Down the hall from my room was a pot party going on and the terrible smell from the pot filled the hall way. Pool was way too small and overcrowded with screaming, wild kids. When I checked in I was asked what card I wanted to make payment with and I gave the clerk my credit card, a different one from what I held the room with, and he didn't do that. The clerk charged everything to the wrong card. Why ask if you have no intentions of doing your job correctly. What a hassle to try and get someone at the hotel to even understand the situation. They never did straighten it out.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast is good. can you give me discount on 10/19,20.

4.5 Okay
Cons: No hot water in room and was over charge!
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons: The room was very outdated and the microwave and refrigerator were barely functional. We were located above the banquet room which I wasn’t aware of when I booked it. There was lots of noise and activity below us we had to park on the opposite side of the hotel from our room because of the parties. The room was for three people and we never had enough towels. Housekeeping was subpar.
7.5 Good
Pros: Liked the coffee maker in the room. Comfy beds. Good to have s separate bin for recycling. Great to have a fridge also.
Cons: As there were four in our room the coffee left was for 2/3 people, so need to be aware of occupancy in rooms. Maid service very good, not nessasary to take towels everyday. Need to introduce a system where guests can request a towel change, perhaps if on floor or in the bath means change, if not then leave them. Better for environment & better for you as reduced costs I would think. Use ceramic cups, not paper cups covered in plastic, again an environmental thing. Small changes will make the difference. Sadly the Pool is a bit grubby. Needs cleaning & tiles are missing. Pointless having s microwave as no utensils, plates etc
4.3 Okay
Pros: Hilton honors rep. Was very nice but to no avail.
Cons: Restroom was not up to Hilton standard.wallpaper was pealing, tub stopper/plug was broken, mold on wall, staff at desk refused to let me have breakfast although I paid for it in advance,at time of booking. I specifically told them not to use my atm card for the deposit, that I wished to pay cash for the deposit. Ror a single night,I paid $277.00 when the cost of room was $205.00 Northern booking.com or Hilton has done anything to fix the overcharge s

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Only thing our family enjoyed was the complimentary cookie that was given to us at time of check in.
Cons: Pool was not clean and filled with people not staying at the hotel. Long wait for towel request. Mirrors in room were filled with hand prints from previous guests. Food trays where left in hallways for over a day.
6.0 Good
Pros: The room was clean and the bed was super comfy.
Cons: No continental breakfast offered and also didn't like the fact that it had a connecting door in the room with the next one to the side. That was kindna crippy and didn't feel safe!

Pros: I like the staff (professional and friendly). The room was comfortable in all areas. Location was great to our needs. Brunch on Sunday was tasty and the price for it is excellent. I plan to stay here when I visit this area.

Cons: Just a rather loud air vent that kept running outside of our room which made the balcony usage a bit annoying. Even though we were 7 floors up from it. We could barely hear it while inside, but it did dampen our expectations of being on the balcony.

Pros: Location
Cons: The price that booking.com gave me I did not get the same I end up paying almost $300 more first time that that happened
9.5 Excellent
Cons: Would like more vegan meal choices
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location of this hotel was great! Close to much of downtown Pasadena. Easy way to great restaurants and attractions. For a very busy weekend for the hotel the staff was friendly and very helpful.
Cons: In the morning there was a woman who set up a stand to do nails just outside my room (In the communal area) It wasn't to distracting but there was a lot of noise and talking outside of my room in the morning. My room was next to the landing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff friendliness

Cons: I really can’t think of anything.
7.0 Good
Cons: Room smells weird ( Not Good ) We had to call for an air refresher. Parking is too expensive.
5.0 Okay
Pros: I initially was impressed with my room even though I had a long walk to get to it via narrow hallway , squeezing past the maid cart . First impressions , room had upgrades. Even TV with smart apps. I liked that it had a couch and ottoman .
Cons: Unfortunately the room fell short as when they upgraded ithe room they left the original AC and heat unit so it has no temperature control, Was like aircraft taking off on high mode. Generally very noisy area and construction at 0700 in morning !
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and neighbourhood
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great area easy to walk to shops and stores. Will stay there again.
Cons: The parking fee is very expensive
9.3 Excellent
Pros: All the staff was friendly and helpful, Location
Cons: Found the dirty underwear on the sofa, a bit disappointed
4.5 Okay
Pros: Honestly the only thing i really liked about this hotel was that the parking leads straight to your floor. For example if you’re on the 5th floor, you can park on the 5th floor and avoid the hassle of always going through the lobby (unless you get valet parking)
Cons: I booked a room with a pool view and balcony and got a room with a view of another rooftop/alley and no balcony. I understand that the room i book wont always be available but i paid a decent amount of money to at least get a room with a view. This is the second time this happens to me and honestly, i wont be staying here anymore. No matter how much i love the convenience of their parking garage.

Pros: Everything was fine, the receptionist was very nice, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was good and quiet. The food was right: american and chinese food.
Cons: The elevator was not always working.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I would definitely recommend this hotel - was spotlessly clean, well maintained and staffed by very friendly, helpful staff. Although it is not located particularly close to downtown LA, taxi fairs were very reasonable and a short journey into the city cost less than £20 for 4 of us. Was also nice to get away from the pace of LA of an evening as the area was quite quiet. Breakfast was really good, a blend of Chinese and more traditional continental - juices, pastries, sausages, scrambled eggs etc. Was definitely worth the money and the cost saving compared with booking in central LA was well worth it.
Cons: Nothing.

4.3 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The bed was unpleasant. Lumpy mattress. Paper thin walls. Woke up several times to ppl talking in the hallway. Breakfast was mediocre. Stayed at better hotels that had lesser rating than this one. Extremely dissatisfied.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Horrible experience. One of the worst experiences at a hotel in my life. If you can avoid this place, do so. Had to beg to check in at noon after the receptionist lied stating no clean rooms were available in my purchase range. I knew there were.
Cons: Don't stay at this hotel unless you are checking in at 3 pm. Had to sleep in a hot car for two hours in parking lot before noon, only for the receptionist to then lie. Once I stated I wanted to speak to a manager, magically a room was clean/available.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great, I really appreciate the fresh eggs. My first day they even had cheese omelettes, my favorite!
Cons: My room was very clean and generally quiet, they gave me a nice quiet room location. The only noise issue is the floor right above my room had some creaky places. When whoever was staying above me was walking around, the creaking was very loud.

7.5 Good
Pros: I liked all the staff members I interface with. The room is clean. The breakfast was good.
Cons: It was a hot day and night, so we got a choice. we could sweat to death and not turn the air on or we could freeze to death and turn it on. Also our room was the last one at the end of the hall and people are constantly coming and going out of the door onto the deck, with a lot of slamming.

8.3 Excellent
Cons: The Wi-Fi connection was unsatisfactory. Need more channel variety.

Hotel is located a short walk/drive to several restaurants & grocery stores. No destination/resort charge. Free parking and easy freeway access.
Cons: Rooms do not have much soundproofing. Conversations in the pool area and hallway can easily be heard from the rooms The mattresses are on the firm side but I prefer them plush. Air conditioner is a little loud. Mini-fridge sometimes makes a buzzing noise. WiFi access is not secure.

Pros: I liked everything!!! One thing to disclose: they have signs that they are under constructions so it could be noisy, but I did not hear nothing at all!
Cons: No
7.0 Good
Pros: Location and personnel
Cons: Bathroom door had a gap and NO inside lock. Morning breakfast was not planned enough for number of guests. Pool was much below expectation: only a couple of benches and just one umbrella.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean rooms and nice renovations
Cons: I would like to have fresh eggs for breakfast other than that is okay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My favorite part was how clean and updated it is. The room we stayed in was very large and was comfortable for 3 people. The location is 30 min away from central LA, making it convenient and quiet. It is also on the main road in Pasadena so it is close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and other activities in the area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They arrived immediately when we requested more supplies for the room. Breakfast was more than adequate, serving burritos, make your own waffles, fresh scrambled eggs and bacon, and various baked goods. There is a designated smoking section outside so the hotel stays clean. Didn't go in the pool, but it is very basic from what I saw.
Cons: Needs more parking spaces. One night when we came back to the room, we took one of the last open spaces available. Who knows if more people were coming in after us..
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast, for the one morning I managed to wake up for it, was delicious. Was on an extended vacation and really enjoyed having bacon for breakfast for the first time in almost a month. Maid service was very professional and made the beds every day. Newly renovated and the rooms were very nice. Could still smell the freshly renovated paint in the lobby. Not a detractor but let's you know that it is a well maintained place. Thank you.

Pros: Gorgeous rooms! Very comfortable bed. Great location, nice pool. Felt safe.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. I liked the hardwood floor inside the room. And the staff is very friendly and helpful
Cons: The only thing that bothered me a little was you could hear the noise outside through the room door.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: very good breakfast
Cons: everything was fine no complaints
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good place if you have business at Caltech. Just a short walk to there - perfect! Plenty of dining options in the surrounding area - I didn't need to take my car for an entire week (yeah, Europeans, I know :). The rooms shaped up nicely since last time I've been there, well modernised. Shower is superb, proper shower walls, so no flooding in the bathroom. Breakfast area has improved a lot as well, good selection with some nice specials (wraps once!).
Cons: First of all, I was looking forward to the stewed fruits that had been part of breakfast in the past. They weren't there. The rooms have been modernised, but the flooring was already bent out of place with some cracks at the joints. Pity this happened, looks a bit shabby this way. The elevator could have been faster.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and modern
Cons: Not enough space for breakfast

Pros: The room is actually noce, the place didn’t look good from the ouside but when we got inside the room it’s actually nice..
Cons: The breakfast was horrible. the eggs, sausage and hash im guessing were just microwaved qnd not actually cooked in the facility. The bathroom was disappointing too, u have shampoo, soap and conditioner dispenser attached to the wall but only the soap was filled, the shampoo and conditioner were totally empty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Had a Mountain View. Great price and clean room.
Cons: Location was a little out of the way from most LA attractions.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was as I expected. coffee, yogurt, waffles. hot food. good service .
Cons: na
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: There was complimentary breakfast - with no food though. :( Also, the breakfast room is ridiculously tiny considering how many rooms there are. If you don't want to wait for hours for your turn to have breakfast, you'd better go and have breakfast elsewhere.
Cons: I had an accident on a wet floor in this hotel (no warning there). At first, they assisted me and promised me that they would keep in touch and compensate me through their insurance company. However, when I was leaving the place with my arm broken, I asked the receptionist to tell me what her manager's name was so I could contact her. The answer was: "I don't know her name and I can't give you my name either." I am used to this kind of behaviour from let's say Sub-Saharan Africa but I really didn't expect I would have to go through this in California. It's been almost a month now. They stopped communicating completely and they treat me horribly. Very, very sad.

Pros: No breakfast but an awesome cup of coffee provided in the room and shower was absolutely beautiful!! Love the Customer Service and we will go again when we are up there!! Sam at the Front Desk was complete fabulous, friendly and very easy to work with!! Absolutely loved the room and we will be life-long guests when we travel to Pasadena!! Thank you Kindly!
Cons: No pool.....but the shower more than made up for that!! HUGE shower and the most comfortable beds and pillows ever!! That's it!! But I can understand why there is no pool...simply no space for one!!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, good location. Value for money. Exactly as stated online. Rooms are a decent size. Plenty of storage space. Very clean.
Cons: There was no where in the bathroom to hang a towel, or toilet bag. No full length mirror -one could easily be placed inside the closet. People who are travelling for business like to check out their appearance from top to toe! The linens did not appear to be hotel quality (and the motel has recently been completely refurbished). The pillows were tired and lumpy.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Retro-themed Interior design, cool color palette Short driving distance to places of interest
Cons: Not the cleanest- scuffs on walls, stains on cushion. Towels and bedding appeared clean though. Not as fresh as the pics online look; they were probably taken a while ago. Slept very poorly on a Saturday night due to repeatedly loud guests and police involvement multiple times throughout night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super clean priced great.
6.0 Good
Pros: Modern design
Cons: Motel ground floor exposed noisy. People walking above sound like earthquake. Curtains too short feels like sleeping in parking lot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the decor. Bed was comfy. Front desk clerk was friendly and fun.
Cons: The weird place the coffee maker was kept.

Pros: The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'll be back. Its central location (near downtown and many freeways but in a cozy neighborhood) make it a good place for tourists exploring the LA area.
6.3 Good
Pros: Manager was very nice and curtious . Somewhat quite.
Cons: No bedsheets under top cover. Just mattress cover and a rough blanket on the shelf in the vanity area. Sink and shower was pretty gross/stained and looked like it could use an updating. Was very nervous about my truck outside. I guess if I had another redo I would pay a little more and stay across the street at the nice safe looking Holiday Inn.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are in an enclosed area so it feels very safe. The free breakfast is basic but nice to have! Rooms are clean. Overall for the price it was good!
Cons: The pool is quite small, and it didn't seem open when we went.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was close to Dodgers stadium and Universal Studios. Pasadena was beautiful and much less crowded than LA. The room was nice, and Fridge and microwave were good to have. The beds were comfortable.
Cons: The pool was small and hot tub only functional upon request. The price was high for the room size and breakfast was just very basic.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, all amenities you could ask for, very comfortable and spacious. Good quality toiletries, absorbant towels! Breakfast was perfect! Staff was unbelievably helpful and kind.
Cons: I could hear everything happening in the rooms next to/above me. When people walked up the stairs, I could hear the banging, even though the stairs weren't that close. Door never closed all the way, I could see a sliver outside, even with all the locks.
