Worst experience ever
Cancelled my reservation without comunicating it with me. I've been traveling for over 15 years and this was the fist time this has ever happened. Most irresponsible booking ever.
Charming but dirty
Loved the location and the overall esthetic of the hotel. Charming appeal and friendly staff.
The rooms were not cleaned well. There was an overall feeling that the cleaning crew did not clean the bathrooms and floor well. The mirrors were not cleaned and the glass not wiped down in bathroom nor was the toilet cleaned during routine am service.
Nice smaller hotel. Not in the best neighborhood
The rooms were comfortable and adequately appointed. Decor was eclectic and attractive. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative thing I would say is that it seemed to be in not a great neighborhood. There were bars on The windows of most buildings surrounding the hotel and several of the business is required buzzers at the front door to let their customers in as did the Acacia.
