Cons (-) The staff at night was very rude. We got in really late and when I walked into the lobby I was asked “do you need something?” Not the greeting I was expecting. Then the check in attendant looked like he was in the back room sleeping. His hair was a mess and he was rude. There was no regular coffee in the room. Pros (+) Location close to the ocean and nice comfort areas.
Cons (-) The bathroom was old, probably needs new plumbing fixtures. Also the tiles were very slippery. Refrigerator wasn't working, and ice machines are located in remote areas of the hotel grounds. The room was hot and humid, might need central air to help with this problem.

Pros (+) Location, good beds.
Cons (-) They charged a $30 a day for parking and a $15 resort fee. We stayed two nights so that was an unexpected extra $100. The next hotel we stayed at didn't play any of those games.

Pros (+) Location, location, location
Cons (-) Roommate couldn't get into room before 4pm when she arrived mid morning. Not sure what priorities are used to determine which room is cleaned first... was it because I booked through a travel metasearch engine rather than the hotel? Also really surprised that the printer needed a cartridge to print, and staff was not able to print our boarding passes on another printer.
