Pros (+) The property was tucked away and quite. Nice to have a grocery store near by.
Cons (-) The sofa bed was so dirty that I went and bought an air mattress for my child to sleep on.

Cons (-) After checking in with my dog, they placed us in the 'animal friendly' room. The room smelled of urine and had numerous stains on the carpet. Bedspread was very worn and also smelled. I immediately opened the room window to get fresh air, but decided to leave since the smell was too strong. Staff were kind in dealing with the cancellation.

We had a concern and wanted to discuss with Mgr as it was a safety issue and the staff could have cared less. They were completely unresponsive and would not even tell the Mgr about the issue, didn't show any concern or compass...

Pros (+) Not very expensive, good location close to I-25, and we are big runners and there was a nice paved path just across the street that went for miles north and south. Very basic and kind of older, bathroom had a weird layout, but clean and a basic breakfast. Very happy with the place for the price we paid.

Cons (-) We checked in around 1:30 in the morning because we had just had our wedding and reception. It took us picking up the call phone and calling the main number from our cellphones for about half an hour for someone to finally answer us and check us in. After, the guy was extremely rude because it seemed like we woke him from his sleep. If you cannot stay up then don't work nights.
