Pros (+) A refund would be nice considering how bad it smelled.
Cons (-) I didn't like the smell in the rooms. I don't know if there was water damage in the past or what the issue is but the stench is overwhelming. The rooms were very dusty and needed to be cleaned.

Pros (+) It's looked nice from the outside
Cons (-) The toilet didn't work had to Flush it about 5 times, the walls re very thin can hear people through out the night. Was charged an extra $50 for having a small per, where it's free or very minimal fee at every other hotels I have stayed at. Had to sit around the bar about 10 min for someone to even say hello. The bed was extremely noisy. I can say it was one of the worse stays I've had at a hotel.

Pros (+) The location was perfect for my needs. I had four service calls to make and this property was perfectly located.
Cons (-) This is an old hotel that I am sure has been updated probably more than once. It is about ready to be done again.
