Cons:4 night stay and they do not clean, replace towels, or anything unless requested Parking lot is always filled and when you're in the furthest building you're looking at a 5 minute walk easy, nearly 10 to the lobby/restaurant. Very frustrating when you're just needing to run back to the room for a shower. Or in my case room key doesn't work so you have to call front desk from cell and wait for someone to bring a key.

Pros:The suites were, for the most part, clean and spacious. The staff, for the most part, were friendly. There is a horse-shoe pit and the views from the balcony are beautiful. Having a full size refrigerator in the suite made it easy to freeze water bottles for cold water in the AZ heat. The hotel/resort offers free DVD rentals, which was nice. There is a "plug-in" flashlight in the bathroom that is a nice feature when going out after dark (the steps from suite door to main path have inadequate lighting)
Cons:The resort/hotel seems to be converted apartments or condos. The parking is difficult to get to from the rooms/suites and although golf carts are available for shuttling, it's on an "on call" basis. It would take equal amount of time walking as waiting for a ride. I had ants in my bathroom and when I requested a new room, I was told I would be charged "for cleaning". Sorry that having ants in the bathroom of my suite inconveniences you. The maintenance/engineering staff that came to resolve the incident was excellent. The main walk-ways/paths are lit, but the steps from the main walkways to the door of the suites is not lit and it did not feel comfortable for me.
