Pros (+) Clean and spacious accommodations close to everything in Downtown Scottsdale. My second stay at a Hyatt Place hotel, and will definitely return. The complimentary breakfast was a huge added bonus, specially for those that are on the go, trying to make those early morning business meetings.
Cons (-) Everything was as advertised. I was told that the complimentary breakfast was going to be discontinued...... don't do it Corporate people!! It was a big selling point for me, as well as many business travelers.

Pros (+) Manager went out of his way to meet my room requirements and also checked us in early.
Cons (-) Hotel staff said the private carts that transport you around Old Town work only on tips. Not True. One of the drivers who took us maybe a block and a half was insistent on $10 minimum charges and pointed at signage that you only see AFTER you are seated as his posted pricing.

Pros (+) One you figure the parking situation out, getting from the room to your car is a breeze
Cons (-) Bath / shower is like Best Western quality. Parking lot is a bit confusing

Pros (+) Nice room, bigger than expected. Initially they tried to give room on first floor and said it would be noisy as it was near club across the street and I objected and the manager immediately found a more suitable room which was much appreciated.
Cons (-) Breakfast was just okay. Eggs tasted powdered.
