Pros (+) The room was very nice with lots of amenities, and the staff is very accommodating. There are a full washer and dryer, dishwasher, and two showers. They have breakfast from 7 - 10 am, so you can sleep in a little and can still get breakfast. It's located within walking distance of many restaurants and the beach.
Cons (-) Someone went through the back sliding door and stole expensive wine we had that we were saving for this trip and also some food we bought for the trip. Our room was upstairs so we didn't think we had to lock the back sliding door leading to the balcony. We figure only Spiderman can get up there. In hindsight, we saw that the back balcony is connected to the balcony of the room next to us, and some...

Pros (+) We loved the room and the reasonable price! We were able to rent dvds from the front desk and that was a simple pleasure we enjoyed. Our puppy was allowed to come and they even had a pool/hot tub. Our room had a washer/dryer which we didn't realize until our last night. Exceeded expencatations!
Cons (-) Kind of lame breakfast but that's what I expected for continental. Non smoking facility AND property and they are kind of rude about this rule.... informing another guest that they better move because there's a fine for smoking on the property.

Pros (+) Really appreciate the comforts included in the room.
Cons (-) A number of plugs didn't work. The rooms were not as well maintained as they could be. Clock didn't work and so on... Wifi costs $10. 2002 much?

Pros (+) The full kitchen, bedroom, living room, fireplace, jetted tub, washer and drier, the location one block from the main drag. It's an awesome place to stay and I always recommend it to anyone I know heading to Seaside!
Cons (-) I found it a little strange that all the TVs in the building are queued up to play Fox News, but it's not like you can't change the channel.

Pros (+) Our sweet was incredible- insanely comfortable beds, a full kitchen with marble counters, a balcony, two televisions and access to the hotels respectable DVD library
