Pros:Nothing, they had no car for my husband on Saturday and were closed on Sunday... left him stranded in Show Low and had to hire a driver to get him to Elk hunt base camp in New Mexico. I even called on Saturday to confirm his F150 and late arrival/ kiosk instructions.
Cons:Follow through. Communication. Professionalism. Everything... we had a confirmation!!! It was a total failure on every level... rethinking our national account status to Hertz.
Cons:The pick up could have been faster and I paid for Sirius Xmas radio for the day and it wasn’t even working the whole day so I paid extra for nothing

Pros:Convenience of location. Proximity to where I was staying. Only game in town.
Cons:I had an 8 am pick up scheduled. Was there at 5 mins till. Didn't get out and drive away until 9:20. Better track of inventory online would be helpful. If you walk in your not sure if the car you booked online exists. Calling is best but not cost effective. Better prices from sky harbor or anyplace else to Payson to up there inventory would benefit all involved. Ive had many occasions where they have no cars. And you can take the shuttle/Lyft for less than it costs to rent a car from the airport and not have the hassle of the return, gassing up etc. If it were a little cheaper. I think business would overcome the drop in price. Also there is a tendency to not honor the online booking price if the vehicle you reserved is not available. Next vehicle class is available and so is the rate increase. I haven't experienced that elsewhere. Other locations. If they don't have what you booked. They honor the price and give you what they have. For what you paid. Part of this is due to an apparent inability to accurately account for there inventory for online bookings. Part of it seems poor business practice.
