The car, a Nissan March, was perfect for an island rental. We had to wait a little while for the shuttle from the airport to go to the Rental car office and the signage at the airport was not great. Once we got to the office the transaction was quick and efficient with no problems picking up the car There was a small wait returning the car since they were a little bit busy but the shuttle was quick back to the airport. Overall it was a good rental experience

I didn't choose the cheapest option that was available but a "mini" that had a photo of a mini cooper. It was almost double the price of the cheapest option. I ended up receiving the cheapest option vehicle and was told that I paid extra for the latest model of that vehicle, a random sedan. If I had known this would happen I would have chosen the cheapest option. It seems that I was deceived by the company to pay extra. I purchased insurance online but was told it was not from the rental company. The difference should be explained ahead of time as it also seems to be deceiving the consumer.

Car was embarrassing for such a company like Ace. The car had 77k on it, tires that were just about done. The trunk had to be slammed a number of times to close. No usb to charge phoned and a chewed up steering wheel. More like being dealth a Joker than a ACE. Sorry

They didn’t pick us up when our plane arrived and we had to have some airport staff call them. Then the vehicle they provided was much smaller than I requested with no offer to refund any money and when I returned they made me drive to the terminal in the rental car and I never received a receipt. I would never use this company again.

Upon arrival they tried to give me a small car instead of the luxury SUV that I rented. I was told to get any SUV it would be an additional cost. I ended up leaving and renting from a more reputable company.

Pickup at the airport took an inordinate amount of time, even after we provided our flight information while making the reservation. We were literally the last to be picked up; this after a rep from ANOTHER car rental company called Next Level on three (3) occasions on our behalf. Once picked up, not in a van that could hold all of our luggage, but a small jeep, we were shuttled to the office which is fairly far from the airport (Cupecoy) and not near any of the other car rental companies. Once at the car rental office, we once again, had to wait an inordinate amount of time for the employee to arrive at the office (approximately 30 minutes). After receiving the vehicle, things were fine with the vehicle itself and drop off at the airport upon return of the vehicle was prompt.

The shuttle drviver was shopping on his phone the entire time and it was hard to even get his attention to help me. The guys at the checkin counter were just as bad. There were 6 of them and two customers and it took them forever to help me and when they did they were rude and rushed since they were closing soon taking about their social plans other than helping us

No one was at airport on arrival. A person from another company called them and they eventually arrived. Rental office near sunset bar rather than main airport drag with other companies. Office greeting muted and not sure about answers I received on whether liability insurance is required by law but they charged anyway

The company itself does not seem to exist - we looked up the address on Kayak and Google and it was invalid. No valid phone number available to call for directions. Drove around for 30 minutes looking for it and it wasn’t there! We even asked other rental car places in the vicinity of where it was supposed to be and none of them had heard of it. Do not “rent” from this place, as there is nowhere to actually pick up a car.

Nothing was good about the experience. The car was completely trashed from bumper to bumper! Buttons did not work properly for air conditioning in 85-degree weather the entire week. Additionally, because the engine had no power to it.... to go up most of the hills, I had to turn off the fan motor or we would slow to an almost halt in traffic inspiring all other drivers to honk at us. We were NOT made happy at all. IN FACT, I am still waiting for my security deposit of approximately $440.00 to be credited back to my charge card. I AM NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL WITH THE EXPERIENCE !!!
