Drop off in CBD could have been better explained. We called the hotline and was read what was available online. Perhaps more descriptive / photographic instructions would have made it easier. We went round and round the carpark looking for the drop box.Reviewed 29 Dec. 2023

Outsourced to unknown hire companyCons:Kayak website highlighted on airport pick up. Fail! SixT outsource to another provider who is off-site involving a bus ride away. Toyota Corolla or Similar reserved. Fail! Next level down Suzuki Swift provided. Outsourced hire company is so far removed from Kayak that they will not budge on the booking made to them. All of these caused a lot of friction with my partner! Just what you need when you start a holiday!Reviewed 23 May 2018

Cons:we had to wait for 30 mins for the pick up from airport ; van wasnt in a great condition, though usable for the 1 week trip. I have had much better experiences with Sixt in other countries and australian states, quite disappointed with my experience in melbourne.Reviewed 4 Mar. 2018

Pros:First car given to us didn't have toll tag so was replaced with a smaller car after 10 minute wait. Car was fine for the price,Cons:Pick up at Melbourne Airport is very unclear, no indicators on the booking where to catch the shuttle, phone number on the website apparently disconnected.Reviewed 2 Jan. 2018

Pros:Price is reasonable, counter staff is friendly.Cons:NO contact telephone number on the voucher so I spent plenty of time to find out a right number to call the shuttle service. It is not good for a foreigner who was helpless at the airport.Reviewed 1 Jan. 2018
