Cons:Dishonest staff at drop off! Claimed everything was fine with the car only to be sent an invoice for a supposed damage yet no picture with time stamp to as proof. Avoid!!!Reviewed 23 Jul. 2019

Upselling Insurance - Other than that good experiencePros:Vehicle was clean and easy to find. No issues with the car.Cons:The check-in agent tried to up sell both insurance and gps. I had pre-purchased insurance but she kept telling me that I wouldn’t be covered in case of accident. Familiar with my pre-purchased policy I declined. She kept pushing twice more to no avail. The agent also tried to push a navigation unit on me. As it turned out it was already standard in the car. Sixt needs to train their staff better.Reviewed 23 Jan. 2018
