The relation quality/price is fine, moreover taking into account the location, which makes it ideal for a week-end trip to Sofia.
The space in the rooms is quite small, and some showers only consist of a tap in the middle of the bathroom. The breakfast is not too good.

Location is perfect for the price you pay.
Trams on the Alabin Str. could be quite noisy early in the morning. Breakfast is extremely poor but very, very tasty.

Only the location
The hotel room was very dirty. We asked for another one (clean), they accepted finally to change it but the new room was also dirty. The walls were dirty, the carpets were full of stains. The breakfast is horrible, 2 slices of bread with egg, the breakfast room is extremely poor, dirty. We stayed in a luxury apartment and the bathroom didn't have bath or shower tube, we took shower on the bathroom floor!!!! This hotel deserves maximum 2 stars
