Guests consistently praise the hotel's breakfast and the attentiveness of the staff, highlighting friendly and helpful service. However, many reviewers complain about excessive noise from the street, with several mentioning that rooms lack proper soundproofing and that an extra fee is charged for quieter rooms. Cleanliness and maintenance issues are also frequently cited, including problems with bathrooms and bedding. While some guests find the beds comfortable, others report discomfort and issues with pillows. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its breakfast and service, but significant concerns remain about noise, cleanliness, and room comfort.AI-generated from customer reviews
