I stay at that hotel often and enjoy the hot tub and pool. The hospitality is great, breakfast is more than enough food, and the fact that I can get a cup of coffee 24hrs a day rocks!.
I'd like to be able to smoke in my room or an upstairs outdoor patio for smoking would be nice.

Just this pandemic. I wanted to enjoy the breakfast. I paid that much for it not to be open. Also with my bad back, an elevator would have been great.
We ended up not staying here. When We arrived, they told us we could not stay because they didn't have any pet rooms left. I needed to request one when I booked the room. It was an unexpected inconvenience. Luckily,we found a room elsewhere.

Staff was friendly, but made a mistake on our bill. Used to be a hot breakfast, but they said they can't get someone to cook and serve now due to Covid, so only have a bag breakfast with muffin, 2 breakfast bars, water and an orange.
The room was nice but it was not clean. They hadnâ€™t changed the bedding since the previous person and it took 2 days to do so. They charged my card 3 times and I still have not gotten a refund and itâ€™s been over a week.
Clean, updated, security cameras throughout, no smells.
they did their best with the restrictions stemming from this virus. the things you could not use certainly was no fault of theirs
