Cons:Beach towels were not available 90% of the time. Building wide fire alarm went off 2 times in our 3 day stay. One of those times was at 2:30am

Pros:I loved the outdoor pool area and the fact the beach was a few steps away.
Cons:This hotel and my room was very dirty. Stuff all over the bed and the walls. The toilet was broken the first night. The balcony had a really good view but the chairs were so nasty I didn't sit in them. I only stayed here because it was right on a private beach. Not worth the money spent

Pros:Every person who worked here was nice and helpful. It is older but well maintained. Comfy bed. Great view. Good food. Awesome pool that I witnessed cleaned every morning. Close to activities. No issues with self parking. Our room didn't have a microwave but we got one with a simple request at no extra charge.
Cons:One bartender was slow.. But he could've been new or having a bad day which we all can have. So realistically nothing.

Cons:The outside bathrooms over by beach hut near the hottub was super dirty and gross and smelt super bad those bathrooms need some serious attention ASAP. And thought it said the pool was heated. The water was freezing in the pool. Stayed in room 427 the bathroom door knob was really loose and hard to open and close the bathroom door. rust stains on the ceiling in are room as well.

Pros:I liked being right on the beach and the pool.
Cons:It stunk out by the pool area by the bar. The beds are very flimsy and needs to be queen size the full is too small. The buffet in the mornings should be free . I spent $45 on just breakfast for me and my small child just for her not to eat but a couple of things. The rooms are not very nice. The valet never came up and got our bags after calling the front desk the morning we were leaving. My husband had to go get our car a couple of times even though we still paid for valet. We stayed 4 nights and I wasn't impressed at all. I won't be staying there anymore.

Pros:The lobby and pool area were very nice. The view from our room was very good as well. It was nice to sit on the balcony and see the ocean and pool area. The people that work the valet were great, very helpful and very sweet. The lady that works the beach renal stuff was very nice and informative and the beach was very nice with great views.
Cons:The front desk staff did not seem to like their job very much. They were not rude, just very indifferent. We had reserved a room with one king size bed and got 2 full sizes beds. When checking us in they did not tell us and once we got to the room, we were very disappointed. The phone in the room did not work so we had to go down to the front desk and the girl at the front told me that they did not have any more king size rooms available and we did not reserve one. I did and I did web check in and got a text confirmation but whatever, she was not going to accommodate us and did not really care that they made a mistake. Our room was ok, it was pretty clean, could use some updating. The swim up bar was never open and you can't bring a cooler or anything like that down to the pool so you have to go into the restaurant and get an over priced drink if you are thirsty. The guy that works the restaurant bar during the day was slow and kept disappearing and seem very annoyed that he had to wait on customers. So, they lost money because if the bar staff would have been outside at the bar or if the staff inside had a better attitude, we would have spent more time and money hanging at the hotel but since it was a bother we just got stuff from the store and our cooler and went down to the beach. Not sure if you will stay at the Pearl again they have too many rules. It seems like the only time you can find staff is if you are breaking one of the rules, otherwise you can not find them.
