Cons (-) Beach towels were not available 90% of the time. Building wide fire alarm went off 2 times in our 3 day stay. One of those times was at 2:30am

Pros (+) I loved the outdoor pool area and the fact the beach was a few steps away.
Cons (-) This hotel and my room was very dirty. Stuff all over the bed and the walls. The toilet was broken the first night. The balcony had a really good view but the chairs were so nasty I didn't sit in them. I only stayed here because it was right on a private beach. Not worth the money spent

Pros (+) Every person who worked here was nice and helpful. It is older but well maintained. Comfy bed. Great view. Good food. Awesome pool that I witnessed cleaned every morning. Close to activities. No issues with self parking. Our room didn't have a microwave but we got one with a simple request at no extra charge.
Cons (-) One bartender was slow.. But he could've been new or having a bad day which we all can have. So realistically nothing.

Cons (-) The outside bathrooms over by beach hut near the hottub was super dirty and gross and smelt super bad those bathrooms need some serious attention ASAP. And thought it said the pool was heated. The water was freezing in the pool. Stayed in room 427 the bathroom door knob was really loose and hard to open and close the bathroom door. rust stains on the ceiling in are room as well.

Pros (+) I liked being right on the beach and the pool.
Cons (-) It stunk out by the pool area by the bar. The beds are very flimsy and needs to be queen size the full is too small. The buffet in the mornings should be free . I spent $45 on just breakfast for me and my small child just for her not to eat but a couple of things. The rooms are not very nice. Pros (+) The lobby and pool area were very nice. The view from our room was very good as well. It was nice to sit on the balcony and see the ocean and pool area. The people that work the valet were great, very helpful and very sweet. The lady that works the beach renal stuff was very nice and informative and the beach was very nice with great views.
Cons (-) The front desk staff did not seem to like their job very much. They were not rude, just very indifferent. We had reserved a room with one king size bed and got 2 full sizes beds. When checking us in they did not tell us and once we got to the room, we were very disappointed.
