Pros: Great location, super helpful and friendly host, clean and quiet room with tidy washroom, delicious breakfast. Felt extremely comfortable as a solo female traveler staying here! If u r in Cambridge this is the place to stay!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant B&B super clean and comfortable. Al has thought of everything [and a little bit more] to ensure a great stay. Breakfast amazing you miss out if you don't have it a great start to the day. Local map and bus route was very helpful and Al explained everything to us and very informative on local attractions. Loved our stay in Cambridge if I return will stay at Autumn House it is best B&B I have ever stayed in and beats a lot of Hotels. Thank you Al
Cons: What's not to like!!!! Liked it all
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The host was very welcoming and helpful and gave us useful information about the area and getting around, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet and had everything we needed, being able to park outside was great. Good choice of breakfast and having a lounge and kitchen facilities to use if required was good.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service, landload was very friendly, and the bed was very comfy. Didn't have the breakfast, so can't speak to that, but obviously there is a lot of pride in the property, and that shows in the care taken of the place. Also in a good place for busses. available plugs were great as well, 4 for each side of the bed, and then another 2 on top.
Cons: shower was a little underpowered for my taste, but then I do like a powerful shower. It was fine, but not amazing. Bathroom itself was perhaps a little small, but these are minor gripest that make it not perfect, it's still great.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Attention to details. The property is exceptionally well managed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious too.
Cons: there was nothing we did not like
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Autumn House was a great B&B. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Host was really friendly and responsive to all communication. Excellent facilities with all necessary amenities provided. Location was a little far from the city centre but easily connected via the bus, which was just 4 minutes walk away. Host has clearly put a lot of thought into the lay-out of the rooms and into the amenities provided. Would definitely stay again if we are in the Cambridge area.
Cons: We stayed in the front room overlooking the main road and it could get a little noisy as the cars on the road could be heard and we had the window open. Still not enough to deter me from staying at the B&B again though.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great communal facilities and spacious bedroom. Owner happy for us to leave car on drive until 2pm on the day of departure.
Cons: Scrambled eggs a little over done!

Pros: The location for me was excellent. It was every quiet and in a lovely location with beautiful views. The facilities in the room wear good. The cooked breakfast I had was very taste and the fruit salad.
Cons: The fruit (i,e. Banana's and oranges etc) with the breakfast were looking past there best.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: To have a rest in a confortable and quiet place
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host was very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond what they had to make our stay wonderful. We would walk the trails on the 15 acre at least 3 times a day. Loved exploring and seeing the rabbits and birds and beautiful roses. Wished we had more time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and homely
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The standard of accommodation was excellent, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is freshly cooked to your requirements using eggs from hens on the property and tomatoes grown at the property. It would be very difficult to find a better guest house/bed and breakfast place.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful view over the gardens and fields from the very comfortable twin bedded room. Friendly welcome and help with bags offered. Some home produce for breakfast; eggs from chickens seen enjoying themselves near the drive. Doggies (well it is called Pointers) alerting the owners of your arrival but silent thereafter only adds to the security of this excellent Guest House.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We received a warm welcome and made to feel relaxed and at home despite our late booking and arriving at 9.30pm. Our room and en-suite were lovely and the countryside view in daylight beautiful. We loved the house and grounds which had a more formal area of garden as well as conservation areas and pools for wild flora and fauna to thrive. It was a delight to walk round the grounds after breakfast with plants alive with insects and butterflies and see content cows and calves in the field.

Pros: Mike the host was very friendly and had time to chat, but very courteous and professional with it. I couldn't fault anything and will certainly re-book if in the area.
Cons: Nothing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfy room, breakfast was delivered to the room and was very good.
Cons: The hosts were friendly and welcoming on arrival however after that it was more business like (possibly just leaving us to it but we prefer a bit of conversation with a B&B host)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed. Super clean with up to date neutral decor. We particularly enjoyed being able to sit outside in the covered area outside overlooking the lovely garden to have our delicious breakfast. Conveniently situated with a small supermarket and eating places within walking distance. The hosts were very welcoming.
Cons: Towels could have been fluffier .
9.2 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was excellent. comfortable beds. Staff extremely friendly.
Cons: Sadly there was no TV, and in a rural area like that, there was little else to do in the evening.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely accommodation, hearty breakfast and very friendly owners.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and the decor was to a very high standard. Everything was as it should be. The breakfast was really nice and delivered on a tray to your room at your requested time.

Pros: Amazing breakfast, cooked to perfection and room was immaculate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hosts, an all round excellent B and B
Cons: Nothing to dislike
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast fine.
Cons: We didn't feel welcomed and there was very little contact with owners - not what we would expect from a B & B. Breakfast would have been served in (rather dark) room had we not requested to eat outside.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was amazing - I had the full English but there was such a good choice of cereals and fruit etc that it was difficult to not choose it all! I walked into Cambridge which was lovely and only 25 mins away.
Cons: Nothing - I would recommend to friends and family any time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great ordered what we wanted, close to city centre
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff Fresh food and excellent quality Easy access to city centre Reasonable parking
Cons: Room was a little bit cramped
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. The common room was friendly, the food amazing, the rooms where clean and comfortable, towels changed daily, and beds turned down daily. The greatest proof of the friendly staff came from a couple who where going to the same wedding as us. Their plane was delayed, and so they got in in the middle of the night. Instead of making this a negative thing, they owner/manager was concerned that they shouldnt have to get up early for breakfast (served til 9 on the weekends) and asked them if they wanted some sandwiches made for them to pick up when they woke up. This customer service seemed to run lik the lifeblood of this B&B. Great value and great service.
Cons: The only thing that would have made the stay better, would have been if the bed was 10 cm broader. But I'm a big guy, so I cant fault them for that.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: My partner and I both loved our stay at Victoria Guest House, it made our trip to Cambridge. Everything from the welcome to when we left was brilliant. The room was clean and cosy with everything you need. Breakfast was delicious and Emma was lovely throughout our stay, offering helpful local advice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The welcome was very friendly the property was clean the room was very comfy breakfast was lovely. Walking distance to take aways and a convenient store . All in all a very pleasant experience
Cons: This is very picky but there was no back on the remote control and parking is a little tight But neither would put me off returning

Pros: The room was very clean and quiet and the breakfast was excellent :)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: excellent breakfast, good location
4.2 Okay
Pros: Room and bathroom were decent sized and we’re decently clean.
Cons: Beds were lumpy and not comfortable. Staff were very rude to us when we arrived. One staff member asked us “Is there something we can help you with?” With an attitude as if we were in the wrong place and didn’t belong there. When we told him we were there to check in he said “Oh” again with the attitude of we were not welcome. They said there was onsite parking but they didn’t have enough spaces for guest staying. Many spots were taken by bar and restaurant customers. We asked where else we could park and the lady at reception had no idea or suggestions. When we went back to our car(less than 10 minutes after parking) we had a parking ticket for £35 which was very frustrating We found a parking garage one building over which was 1/3 of the price the hotel charges. Every other hotel we stayed at during our 2 week vacation in UK the hotels told us where to park and gave us vouchers for discounted parking. Every hotel we stayed in that had a pub/restaurant we ate at and spent several 100£ but due to the staffs attitude and unwillingness to help us. It’s hard to believe they don’t know there is a parking garage two doors down from the hotel. I get it they want to make money by charging for parking onsite but if they don’t have enough spaces they should refer customers to another site. They put us on the first floor and it was above the pub which was very loud.
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful Interiors, comfortable room, friendly staff
Cons: I feel the atmosphere is lost in the hotel with the strange lighting making the beautiful interiors look drab and depressing! This is particularly bad in the bar we actually left early to go to our dinner reservation as we didn’t want to sit in the bar any longer. Also the breakfast was below average I had the full English which I feel had been under a warmer for too long all dried up and my grilled tomato was strangely stone cold also my husband only had a coffee and a croissant but we were charged £20 per head for breakfast making it £40 which clearly wasn’t worth that by far. Have to say the staff were so lovely and helpful a real credit to the hotel !
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location and lovely rooms
Cons: Breakfast is always a little disappointing here. So much so, although I like staying here, I'll probably give it a miss next time.
7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely furnishings in room
Cons: Bathroom small
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The little extras for my birthday (room upgrade and bottle of bubbles in the bedroom) made me feel special. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The free tour of Cambridge in the hotel’s Bentley was an added bonus! On-site parking for a small fee was very useful and the location couldn’t have been better, only a few minutes walk into the city centre - perfect. The spa in the hotel grounds offers a little bit of pampering, if desired.
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a beautiful room #8 with a nice deep soaking tub, large soft bath sheets, separate shower, view of the gardens, very comfortable California King size bed, comfortable pillows, coffee set up and kettle and a small refrigerator. Lexi at check in and check out couldn't have been nicer. She was friendly, efficient, and professional. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and everything was very clean. We walked to town and to the colleges but sometimes took Uber when we were very tired. Everything is walkable from the hotel; shops, restaurants, colleges and a nice indoor mall.
Cons: Being from the United States we forgot that our 1st floor room in England would not be on the ground floor, as it is at home, so we had a flight of stairs to get to our room a couple of times a day, but it was only a minor inconvenience and our own mistake.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very stylish and comfortable hotel.
Cons: Service in Brasserie: incorrect orders on two occasions and orders slow, staff appeared over stretched. Shower in bathroom always flooded the floor. No where to hang towels easily or away from getting wet from shower spray. Two coat hooks in bedroom would be good for wet coats.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Gonville Hotel is clean, stylish yet classic and one of the best I have stayed in England. Staff were so helpful, and we got upgraded AND a complimentary bottle of bubble as it was my mums 60th birthday
5.0 Okay
Cons: The room was dark, small, cramped and the curtain didn’t meet the edges of the window so the outside safety light ruined my sleep. When we complained we were offered a room change, but we were going out to a wedding so didn’t have time to accept it. Service was slow, the bar rarely staffed and we were served flat champagne. The staff offered a small discount on check out but overall it wasn’t worth the money.

7.5 Good
Pros: The best mattress I have ever slept on. Fantastic room with everything you need.BEautiful garden area.
Cons: The staff were not very professional or thoughtful. They need to train them in customer service. Breakfast is not included when you book online although you pay the same amount 119 for 1 person per night with no breakfast is just mean. Tapas food had little flavour.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, lovely hotel, excellent room service, very good WiFi. I really enjoyed my stay.
Cons: More towels wouldn’t have hurt, but it’s a minor niggle and I could have asked for more.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've experienced. Triple glazing cut out traffic noise. Bottled water supplied, along with tea & coffee & biscuits. Super air con. Also trouser press ,iron & ironong board.
Cons: The kettle could only be plugged in under the dressing table, which involved crawling under it to reach power socket. Also the hand held shower attachment in the bath had very poor water flow, even when fully on.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We were upgraded for free to a larger room. The bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning (which was needed on the day we visited) was quiet and unobtrusive. We were given a 10% voucher for use within 12 months for booking bed and breakfast directly with the hotel.
Cons: Breakfast, which is not included with booking.com, would have been surprisingly expensive (£18 pp full or £10 pp Continental). We didn't partake but from what we saw walking through the dining room, it looked to be a perfectly good standard hotel offering.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The selection of food available for breakfast was excellent especially the yoghurt and fresh fruits.
Cons: Although I marked down on the view it cant be helped due to the hotels location on a major road junction into Huntingdon. However there was no traffic noise heard so the sleep was not interrupted.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The only negative I can offer is that I didn't spend that much time at the hotel. I arrived late and was out for the evening and didn't stick around too long the next day. The breakfast was brilliant. And the independent wine shop was unique and interesting, with Rumours by FM on the record player. Clean and bright hotel and I would definitely stay again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptionally clean rooms , nicely decorated in a modern style. Bar very welcoming and good breakfast choices. Super bathroom, very spacious. Very nice staff and really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely visit again
Cons: Nothing
5.4 Okay
Pros: Not brilliant
Cons: The cooked breakfast was poor , disgusting oily scrambled ? Egg . Certainly not a full english breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent king prawn starter followed by a very tasty T Bone steak. All washed down with two bottles of good wine.
Cons: It was a cool day and the room was a little chilly when we moved in.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Regent is a lovely building, very centrally located so easy access walking to all the sites. The breakfast is a cold buffet but with plenty of selection to choose from. The breakfast room is a lovely room overlooking the park.
Cons: As we like to sleep with the window open and our room was on the street side of the building, it was a little noisy at night as this is a very busy street.

7.9 Good
Pros: The property is nice and the rooms are clean. The shower was flooding in one of the two rooms and the handle was missing in the second one. The amenities are on request and no bath robes in the room. The breakfast was delicious. Overall a nice hotel conveniently located busy the train station but a bit further away from the center. It provided a very good walk back and forth. I enjoyed my stay.
Cons: The check in took longer that it should have, it was complicated and we had to pay up front. They gave us incorrect information of the price of the breakfast for children.

Pros: The design and cosy feels
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff went out of their way to make our stay as special as they could! We found them very helpful and friendly!
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Room very comfortable, clean and cosy. Bathroom also very clean and stylish. Staff downstairs at reception, entrance and door very helpful and welcoming. Location near station very convenient for this visit. Room very quiet.
Cons: Breakfast seemed overpriced. Would have preferred hot buffet with more choice.
7.9 Good
Pros: The room had a nice coffee machine, tea making facilities, a minibar with complimentary mineral water and soft drinks. We really liked the interior and the style of the hotel. And the bed was INCREDIBLE. They also have a "pillow menu", where you can choose a pillow.
Cons: The balcony door did not open and there were no windows, so the room had no fresh air (only an air conditioner). When we asked the staff for assistance they told us all the rooms on that side of the hotel had the same issue, and there was no attempt to rectify the situation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, beautiful large room, very comfortable bed, friendly staff, clean, nice decor throughout.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room with more amenities than I expected for the price inc big walk-in shower. Staff were attentive & bar & foyer area bright & spacious with magazines, newspapers, books.
Cons: Pastries & cold selection at breakfast could have been a little fresher.
7.1 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good and on time.
Cons: Bar is badly stocked and no one seems top be in charge of stock replenishment. Service for dinner was very slow.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean & tidy, trendy design in lobby, dining area as well as guest room. The room is spacious. The location of hotel is good for travellers to Cambridge.
Cons: There is an electric iron in room. However, it is not a steam iron so it is in face useless.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location is good
Cons: There were flies and midges in my room as i checked in and even after i told reception the following day they were still there. There was no suggestion of moving to another room, having a refund or even an apology so very disappointed and wont be staying here again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access, friendly staff, comfortable clean room, great breakfast
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Leaving the place. Breakfast was decent. Back patio was nice.
Cons: Most of the bar employees seemed underage and didnt know how to make a good drink. Expensive for little reason Saw bugs in my room. My coworker also saw bugs and ended up changing rooms to find a poorly cleaned room. Gym was tiny and was not equipped enough for the amount of rooms they have.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely quiet location, right next to the racecourse. Plenty of free parking. Large reception/bar area with a very pleasant outside courtyard. Great bar staff who made us delicious iced coffees (even though they weren't on the menu).
Cons: When we checked in the receptionist did not advise us that we needed a code to exit the carpark. When we went out the next day we had to reverse away from the carpark barrier (luckily there was no one behind us) and go back into reception, to ask how to get out of the carpark
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in a great location and facilities were very modern and clean.
Cons: Nothing!
7.5 Good
Pros: Good parking Simple check in Lovely large Room. Decent bar comfortable surroundings
Cons: Just one thing.no usb sockets so if like me you forget the plug no way of charging devices
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We cannot afford to eat here or have breakfast. £26.00 for breakfast for a couple is too much. Went to Weatherspoons got a lovely breakfast for two people for 10.50.
Cons: The food prices.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff very helpful. Lovely location. Good dinner. Have stayed there before and would happily stay again
Cons: Nothing. It met all my needs
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Had an excellent evening meal with friends in the restaurant.
Cons: Unfortunately the rather surly receptionist somewhat soured what had been a very pleasant stay in the Holiday Inn at Brampton Racecourse. We had two encounters with this particular individual- one bad experience can be put down to a bad day, not two!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, room was very small but clean and functional. the bathroom was shared but very clean. Very good cooked breakfast!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was easy to find being only just off the main road. Lucia and her partner were pleasant and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. Best of all was the breakfast, it was one of the nicest full English breakfasts I have had in a long time, everything was HOT and cooked to perfection.
Cons: The only issue with the stay was that I left during morning rush hour and had to battle with cyclists and other road users to get back into the road, but that's hardly a big issue and not the fault of Lucia at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The cleanest B&B I ever stayed in, wonderful breakfast with lots of choices, comfortable room, excellent facilities. Everything one could wish for. Highly recommended
Cons: nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was very good and the room was small but met our needs.
Cons: The woman that runs this lovely little in is not a very happy person. She was abrupt in all 3 of our interactions with her.

Pros: The breakfast was great, large choice and yummy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was really nice staying here. Nice room, realy good breakfast, pleasant people. 10/10 for me.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect breakfast, clean room en friendly owner!
Cons: Cannot think about something
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hosts were friendly and helpful arranging a taxi for us to go on to a party we were running late for. Breakfast was excellent.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Convenient to Cambridge City Centre. Breakfast was delightful. Owners are lovely people.
Cons: Room on bottom floor was a bit warm (we went in mid-May), and there was no fan. There were windows that we opened, however, which cooled the room down at night. Operating the shower was a bit confusing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Tudor Cottage is a B and B in the old style as B and Bs used to be. It's family run and the family live there too. The location on the north side of Cambridge was convenient for me, I visited the Portland Arms pub which is also brilliant. The room was comfortable and the breakfast really great with a wide choice of cooked options. On site parking was handy too. Thanks Tudor Cottage!
Cons: The style of the B and B is traditional not modern which may not suit everyone's taste but it is very clean and well maintained. Just manage the expectations that way and everything is good.

Pros: Liked the breakfast a lot. Good choice of items and you could help yourself to as much as you wanted. Liked the location which was very convenient for the railway station and bus services to the centre of Cambridge.

Cons: Nothing i didnt like
5.8 Okay
Cons: Didn't like to find long black hairs in the shower from previous occupants

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Mattress was very comfortable. Pillows was a bit to hard. Would have been nice to have a comfy chair. Also have glasses instead of plastic cups. The decor was very nice. We had a fantastic stay and we will come back.
Cons: Pillows a bit to hard. Glasses instead of plastic cups
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Modern, friendly environment

5.0 Okay
Pros: Really expensive for what it offers.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was quiet and in a good location, check in was smooth despite us arriving late, good value for Cambridge
Cons: We were accidentally charged for breakfast (which we didn't have) but the staff were very good and did not insist we payed
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Black outs and sound proofing. Well designed current room. Clean. Staff gave us macarons and a card when we noted we were staying for a special occasion. Very accommodating staff who wanted to help.
Cons: No check in desk threw us initially, as the lobby is a coffee shop so didn't know where to go. killed the welcome slightly. Not a massive fan of the bed (hard)

Pros: The staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived. the valet parking to the receptionist. all meted us with a welcoming smile. The staff were very helpful for showing us were to go, and facilitating our weekend needs. the location made the hotel a 10/10 ideal base ofr getting around Cambridge with the greatest of ease.
Cons: Nothing. apart from the traffic jam.
7.1 Good
Pros: Escalator
Cons: The security guard coming to out room at 10:30 pm screaming he's going to call the police
6.5 Good
Pros: I was held up for three hours in Customs at Heathrow and advised staff that I would not make the first night of a four night stay. They were not helpful in assisting me in finding another Hilton. I specifically was told by the clerk on check out that I would not be charged for the missed night, but discovered that indeed I have been charged and I am writing sepaerately for a refund. Staff in the bar treated me like a vagrant beaucse my room was not ready and I only had casual clothes. It was only when I put my expensive suit on that I received decent service.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room.
Cons: Bar prices
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and tidy and a central location.
Cons: The executive lounge only opened at certain times and wasn’t open all day.
6.3 Good
Pros: It’s proximity to the center
Cons: It’s not as cosy and comfortable as the picture show! No mini bar in the room not coffee maker! Certainly too expensive for a basic room
6.3 Good

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was excellent! Great staff
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was superb we could walk to where ever we needed to go, also breakfast choice was very good
Cons: We did have to change bedrooms a little disappointing as we booked really early to our stay but no problem as we were given a change of room
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, friendly helpful staff, parking. Shopping mall around the corner.
Cons: Shower drain noise wad so loud that you could not hear the television. Toilet water running continiously. No seat for disabled use in the shower. Entry to the shower room was not wheelchair friendly and presents a safety hazard. Suggest your safety manager try to enter the shower room with bare feet in low light without trpping, (disabled persons often shuffle). Also put a burly (120kg) person in a wheelchair, pushed by a non burly (65kg) person and try to cross the threshold to reach the support bars. Breakfast door hang menu stated in room dining price of £16.95. Then a £6 charge was added to have the food delivered to the room. This was resolved by booking by booking through reception, although the price was then £18. In room breakfast not what it says on the box! Needed night manager to come to room to reset sky box in order to watch tv. An invasion of privacy at 2am. Obviously a problem as the procedure is included in the instructions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Great location.
Cons: A fridge in the room would have been good.

Pros: Roof top terrace - excellent.
Cons: Continental breakfast in a chilly room. Too much air con
7.5 Good
Pros: The property was beautiful and customer service excellent.
Cons: Was expecting a bit more for the price room wise, air conditioner was poor and fire alarm accident that occurred late one evening was frustrating as caused a sleepless night (but good to know they work!) Roof top terrace extereamly over-priced and was disappointed with the overhyped “view”.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location. Room 411 very quite.

Thank you Varsity Hotel for making our stay in Cambridge extra special.

7.1 Good
Pros: location perfect, easy to walk to most colleges and attractions. easy to find cafe and food around too.
Cons: it is a student residence so you can imagine the facility. it will be nice if hair dryer and napkins are provided. it is a bit noisy early morning as cars buses passing by. 2nd morning very load noises from moving of huge garbage bins as we are located just above that area.

Pros: Beautiful building and grounds, it was very quiet. Fabulous breakfast. Nice and clean
Cons: It would be nice to have a mini fridge in room, however I understand these are halls.

Pros: The easy access to the city, and the well maintained gardens surrounding. Good breakfasts
Cons: We were old on the first evening, but a blanket made a great difference
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. The college itself, with its architecture and lawns, is so stunningly beautiful. One can't help but feel like being a respectable scholar at Cambridge. LOL. It is very quiet, too.
Cons: Nothing much really. Just that I don't know if it's just me but the shower cubicle I used seems a little too small.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Finding a reasonably priced room in Cambridge at fairly short notice in a college just a few minutes walk from the venue of the event I was attending seemed miraculous. The staff were very good.
Cons: I did not have breakfast in college: the cost was quite high, and I could supply myself for less elsewhere. (And in my experience college breakfasts aren't great.)
7.9 Good
Pros: The location. Accommodation was as expected.
Cons: Came down for breakfast -not much choice left.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Location, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast.
Cons: Room was really stuffy after a recent hot spell. Was hard to cool down as the window couldn't be opened more than an inch or so.
7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely town.
Cons: No parking alongside the hotel. We had a very small bedroom, (the last time I stayed the room was much larger). The welcome on arrival was very muted.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was just across the street of the venue for the wedding party we attended. It is clean and the property has charm.
Cons: Standard rooms are very small. We stayed probably on top of the kitchen and had quite some noise and smell as a consequence. Breakfast is quite limited in terms of choice, especially the continental option is poor. Very cold in the restaurant, although it was a chilly day, the aircon was functioning full speed.

Pros: Very clean, comfy bed, chocolates and biscuits a nice touch for the price. Good location for visiting Cambridge. P&R very handy. Local pub The Plough VG.
Cons: Water jug very considerate , unfortunately the earwig in the water was a little off-putting.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A lovely escape to the country feeling after a day at work and only a short drive from the centre of Cambridge. The room was beautifully clean and well appointed and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Extra large inviting bed. Ultra clean room and bathroom. Helpful polite, professional staff.
Cons: A bottle of water rather than a flask.
7.5 Good
Pros: Lovely view of the garden and very big comfy bed.
Cons: Room was quite dusty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, quiet and bed very comfort. Good continental breakfast.
Cons: Provision for earlier check in. Increase the price to include parking, rather than charging extra on arrival. Should be able to book and pay for breakfast online so save time at check in.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and tidy. Comfortable. Shower ensuite dry good.but mind your head in room 12c en suite. Breakfast non cooked but very nice food and eating area
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was nice. Location, was good for what we used it for - staying overnight to break a journey. It was close to the motorway, but round the corner in a nice countryside place.
Cons: No meals provided, apart from breakfast. No very nearby restaurant, so it required some travel to get an evening meak.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely position. Quiet although fairly near main road. Very large bed.
Cons: Lamp switches , awkward needed bending down. Also hair dryer sockets should have been higher, not under dressing table.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole setting and ambiance was great.
Cons: Nothing
7.9 Good
Pros: Room was lovely and very comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Exceptionally clean. Good fresh coffee for breakfast.
Cons: Croissants were disappointing and only ordinary sliced bread for toast. We would have preferred semi/skimmed rather than whole milk in the room. Informed staff that the shower wasn't draining properly - we ended up paddling and, unfortunately as nothing was done we had to complain a second time. It would be helpful when booking to know whether the room is in the main house or one of the chalets. This would have influenced our choice as we don't like getting wet going to breakfast.

Pros: Nice place. Very well laid out
Cons: No one was going to clean my room for the whole week until I complained. This was not in the description. I could have stayed elsewhere and had this service for a cheaper price. Working in Cambridge but staying elsewhere for the next 3weeks. Very disappointed
5.0 Okay
Pros: Beautiful newly decorated rooms, furnished to a high standard. Great value for the interior design and room atmosphere.
Cons: No body is in the location to help. Its all digital. I had to deal with 9 emails and digital contracts before even arriving. Then I was told the wrong room number so couldnt get in. I had to phone. The electronic locks are not that responsive I had a front facing room. With the double glazed windows closed the road noise outside was so loud ALL night and kept me awake. Average mattress
