    The hotel staffs were friendly. Location was close to a bus stop. Our room was clean and tidy as is the hallway.

    The entrance to the elevator is very close to the restaurant which is a nuisance if you lugging several luggages through the patrons of the restaurant. Elevator is rather small.

    The room is very clear and nice. It is big also. We got two washing room in out double room,. The check in staff is very friendly and helpful, he even helped us to get a taxi on our way back to train station free of charge! The breakfast room us also very nice, and the breakfast is good. I also stayed in a four star hotel in Zurich, I found the piz hotel is the beat hotel hotel I stayed. It defiantly has dour star standard, I hope they don't incase the price in the near future, cos I definately will come back soon!
