No bed bugs... So that's a major plus
There are these weird metal rings in the bathroom ceiling screwed into the studs.... Like something you would hang chains to. It was a bit creepy. What would someone use these for?? Has someone been imprisoned in this bathroom?!

maid service when convenient
On the day after we arrived we got up late so the maid service past us by. Despite going to the front desk around 1 PM and letting them know we were out and about, our room was still skipped. Also the breakfast was blah.

good location to Standford
there were big cockroaches that came in the room and no one seemed to care as I reported it several times - the door jam needs to be fixed (room 115) and it looks like other doors too. The air conditioner wouldn't keep the room cool - it would run loudly then stop and the room would get warm.
