Pros: We had a great experience and will definitely be staying here again whenever we get a chance. To summarize: - They were absolutely great hosts. Richard and Charmy were welcoming and really nice to talk to. - The breakfast was unbelievably good. We only eat chicken in meat and they made sure our breakfast had chicken sausages. We also had great conversation with other guests at the dining table. - The place was sparkly clean and beautifully decorated. - We had to leave a day early and they were extremely accommodating. - Richard told us to visit Burney falls after visiting Lassen national Park. The falls actually turned out to be the best part of our trip.
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A lovely little B&B, it was a pleasure to stay there and meet the owners Richard and Charmy. Apart from the excellent breakfasts we enjoyed their company and advice about where to go in the local area. They are a remarkable couple The Brew Pub does grand beer and the food is good too. Like many places Susanville has seen better days but the town has a charm of its own. We had fun and Lassen Volcanic Park did not disappoint
Cons: There was nothing lacking

Pros: Location and weather
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and friendly staffs
Cons: Price fairly high And continental breakfast selections too basic
5.8 Okay
Pros: The front desk was nice and helpful.
Cons: The bathtub was broken, the showerhead was embedded into the wall, there was a party, like a literal party with people bringing cases of beer into their room next door, we didn't even stay for breakfast, we just wanted to leave. There were carpet rolls and picture frames of what looked like they install in the room littering the parking lot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious, there was extra space for seating and/or setting out the suitcases. We were upgraded from a queen to a king which was very nice. There was a rocker recliner in the room which made it feel so homey.
Cons: N/A
6.8 Good
Pros: Close walk to restaurants
Cons: A first floor room is the noisiest room they have. The water pipes sing all night and the roof squeaks every time someone walks. Obviously it is a refurbished building from a cheap 1980’s motel chain
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was just what I wanted and the staff was very helpful.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast. Very attentive worker in the breakfast room. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
Cons: Everything was fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Large, well appointed and clean room. Either recently built or remodeled. Walk-in shower! Quiet. It had all the things you would expect in a higher price hotel, but at a very reasonable rate. Maybe it was the timing of my visit, but a last minute price drop made this a great bargain among Susanville hotels.
Cons: I had no complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice small town to stayover. Close to Lassen NP. Has good breakfast, nice rooms (that little bit of width makes a lot of difference) and very good employees. Nice conversation after breakfast on the Susanville area. Thanks.
Cons: Nothing to complain
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: I saw a cockaroach

4.0 Okay
Pros: It had an available room
Cons: The first room we were given was not set up. The tv was on the bed, there were chairs stacked all over the floor, etc. The replacement room was an upgrade, but the flooring was coming up and there were gaps in between the flooring planks.

Cons: Nothing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast next door was good. Location is very good. Room was a good size.
Cons: The dear hotel is showing it's age! Everything in the room worked and was fine but it is just a little grungy. Front desk staff were very nice.
7.0 Good
Pros: The fact that they took dogs
Cons: I would have thought for the price it would have been in better condition. It was kinda disappointing. We also had half a toilet paper holder in the wall, the other half had been ripped out leaving a hole in the wall.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great, room was clean, AC unit was whisper quiet, and even had breakfast at restaurant next door that was furnished by the motel.
Cons: Nothing, this motel is a keeper.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is a very clean and very comfortable hotel.
Cons: I didn’t like the flight of stairs on the first floor which has hard to pull my suitcase up.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Location is all
Cons: Not convenient packing your suitcase up the stairs the room is smelled horrible the sink would not drain could not brush are teeth The TV did not work with the remote the beds were lumpy it was a very bad experience
5.0 Okay
Pros: The downstairs rooms seem to be partially remodeled.
Cons: We had a room upstairs at first. Those upstairs room are not pleasant at all. Old carpet, black smoky ceilings, old bathroom and to top it off there was a dead fly on the bed. However when we found out that the downstairs rooms are remodeled we were able to move into one of those which was much better. We also had trouble with the payment. Since we’ve booked two rooms and handed the employee two different credit cards it seemed (even on the receipt that we got at the end) as if each party has paid for their own room. When I got charged twice on my cc I was a little confused so I called the hotel. It turned out they just swiped the second cc without charging it but since it was the last cc swiped it appeared on the receipt. Very confusing practice.

Pros: Room was quiet. Deli in lobby was nice...morning person was exceptional, pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Smoke from casino floor permitted the non-smoking lobby, however room and fourth floor were clear. The food in the restaurant was so bad we left after once bite. Casino was rundown, lacked variety in games. One card table and slots mostly 1 to 10 cents. That's all. Extremely inadequate staffing. Would not recommend

Pros: The only thing I liked was leaving at 4 in the morning! Not a great picture I took but it was still dark out when I took it.
Cons: I booked a room with 2 beds, first room had only one but was uncleaned, went back to office, gave us a second room, (one bed). Also did not appreciate having to walk my elderly mother through old air conditionings, cabinets, sinks, and fast food wrappers to get to our room. (Nasty car port filled with these items, on top of the handicap space!)

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: There's not much to say on a positive note about this hotel or their staff except that the bed was comfortable and the TV worked.
Cons: A great list of things I did not like. First even with reservations we had to wait for somebody to drive to the hotel to open up. The office was a horrible mess very dirty. The rooms did not have security doors of any kind or security locks of any kind ju
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: There was absolutely nothing I liked about this property...i did not get a Queen room i got a double bed, i did not see any of the things the pictures you show for this site....the room i had looked liked a slum lord was operating this place. i took pics of my room and it was shameful the room was actually scary and i got no sleep because of the uncomfortable feeling of the room and the noise. i have better locks on my door at home than this room did. It is shameful you actually book rooms at this place, totally shameful.
Cons: I liked NOTHING!!!! the entire place needs to be cleaned up and redone....i took pics of my view out the window and i had a loaf of bread on the roof of the shed and a trashy lot behind it....there is no way my room was up to building codes,it was disgusting and i will make sure what i am paying for next time. I didn't expect a mansion but i did expect a nice clean welcoming room to spend the night in. I give this place a total ZERO
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: NOTHING!!
Cons: Location, smell, parking lot.. Party, scary people on steps in front of my room until almost midnight. Loud. Shower/tub was sooooo dirty I wouldn’t stand in shower even with my shoes on!!
4.5 Okay
Pros: Pretty cheap, weekly & monthly rates. Close to a park, school, and grocery shopping.
Cons: Could tell room was cleaned by someone, who does shotty work. Cobwebs, dirt on the floor, counters not wiped down etc. They want to charge $10 an hour per visitor, $10 per animal perday. If you do have visitors family friends etc. They complain about it. Wi-fi is really spotty.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Exactly what to expect when shopping for the cheapest motel room. Four walls and a bed and a tv.
Cons: Place is falling apart. Loud. Sketchy neighbors.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: None
Cons: Old facility
4.3 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Dirty and mangy on the outside. The inside was not much better. There were long black hairs on the sheets and shower walls. (I have blonde and my hubby Ian nearly bald). The heat unit came out of a unit that was filthy and it was so noisy, rattling all night long, kicking in and off. And it was still cold in the room! Beds and pillows were not comfortable. So not stay here. Spend a little more and stay somewhere that you will be comfortable and feel clean.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: No microwave, coffee pot, floor was filthy, left our socks black. TV wiring just hanging. No phone.
1.0 Poor
Cons: I was unable to check in. I changed my reservation by phone (from 6/4 to 6/5) and was told that was okay. When I arrived to check in at about 6PM, the office was locked and no one answered either the door bell or the telephone.
