Pros: Everything is perfect
9.1 Excellent
Cons: Sometimes it was difficult to get pool side service.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: -Night entertainment was so boring and not a very good band - a visualization image of the infinity pool should be added at the beginning of the pool, as so many people fell and almost drowned since they didn’t know its shape
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice hotel Great location

Pros: Amazing location, right by the Dead Sea - the hotel had a beach where you could go down and take a quick dip in it. they had beach loungers, showers and towels. At least 5 swimming pools -some infinity, the best breakfast ever and fabulous staff who went out of their way to make your stay the best ever!! can't fault it at all
Cons: literally nothing was out of place/order. Free Mini Bar, golf car ride to the pool, someone cleaning your sun glasses poolside, cool DJ playing music by the pool.... it was all so amazing!!!

Pros: The Dead Sea beach was great. Mud on hand as were staff with water and towels. The setting and swimming pools were top notch. The brilliant Breakfast had an eggs Benedict station and French sparkling wine on tap.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible hotel to stay at by the dead sea. It is a very large hotel with multiple restaurants, bars, and pools. They have beach access to the dead sea. It is an amazing place to watch the sun set. I highly recommend this hotel if you have the chance to visit the dead sea!
Cons: The dinner buffet had a lot of options but some of the food could be better.
5.8 Okay
Cons: We arrived to check in shortly after 4pm, but had to wait until 4:45 until our room was ready. We could only get lukewarm, not hot, water in the shower and tub. We were given a late check out since we had to wait to check in, but somebody knocked on our door at 10:45 just to “check” how we were doing, disturbing our relaxing morning. When we checked out, they tried to charge us for minibar items used by the previous guest, as we had not taken anything from the minibar. Basically the room itself was fine, but not having hot water and having multiple negative experiences with staff was very frustrating. We will not be coming back to this hotel. Other hotels in the area are a better value, they include breakfast in the cost of the room, and we have never had the issues at other hotels like we had at the Marriott.
7.1 Good
Pros: Food is excellent, great variety and very tasty. Facilities were quite nice, staff in general very friendly and helpful (except one). The pools are nice and clean, trees, plants, shrubs and flowers are very nice. Birds are singing in the morning and evening, we even saw small two black-blue Jordanian humming birds. Dead Sea beach is relatively small, fenced off with a very helpful life guard on duty all day under scorching sun. Plenty of oily mud for the ladies. The misty view is interesting as is the floating experience in the sea. Don't swim (except backstroke), or you'll be sorry if very salty water gets into your eyes.
Cons: Tired from a previous long trip and hoping for some relaxation, we had to endure 1.5 hours-long check-in with promises-delays-more promises. Several other people were also waiting for quite a while. The room we booked was not available. Got 2 double-beds instead of one king-size. Day-manager on duty offered us spa-treatment for one person as compensation, but spa-staff was unaware of it - "not in the system". Went to bed early, night-manager woke us up, offered spa for the next day, told him we'll sort it out in the morning. The day-manager told us we got our spa-treatment yesterday and "it was a misunderstanding by the night manager, spa was fully booked" so he gave us 50% discount for dinner. In the restaurant, you guessed it - staff was unaware of the given discount - "not in the system". Told them the whole story, got fed-up with empty promises and paid our dinner in full. The night-and-restaurant managers apologized and refunded us dinner 100%. They even brought us some wine, couldn't refuse it, they did nothing wrong but had to apologize for mistakes by others. Night manager offered us late check-out at 2PM. At the pool, we left our towels on beds, went for breakfast, returned and found a lady on our beds. She claimed "pool staff told her to sit there with her family" (highly unlikely). Pool manager came soon, wrote down the whole story, promised to pass it on to the Main Manager - you guessed it again - nothing happened. They were left on our beds and we had to move. Some quests are more equal than others. Key-card could not open the door after 12 (usual check-out time), despite the promised late check-out. So back to the reception, more frustration and finally the very polite Rooms Manager kindly let us in the room with his card, apologized for all the wrongs and offered us his best services for our next stay. The price was very high, over 500 Euro for 2 people, 2 nights with breakfast.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! I loved it was cosier and smaller compared to other top end hotel I have been on the Dead Sea. Less sumptuous than kampinsky (for executives) but I loved it exactly for that reason. You did not have to spend time to stroll around or getting lost. All was handy. I really really love it. And it will be my choice should I get back to the Dead Sea. Food was great, swimming pool breath taking, staff made you feel really welcome, i was amazed! I particular mention for the head of staff who help me when I had a problem, and for first time in my reviews I want to thank him publicly (Amer Boni). Big thanks again! I would really recommend this hotel if you want to feel at home and do not like executive feelings. Top end facilities at a good price!

Cons: Very dirty pools !
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The infinity pool with the bar right in the middle is the perfect touch for a relaxing and chill time. The room is spacious and the bathroom is perfect.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: - bathroom was uncomfortable & not clean specially for the seat - staff dealing was not acceptable especially for 5 stars rated hotel - we asked for extra slipper but staff refused cause we were about to check out in the same day - they offered us a charged upgrade for 20 JOD, but they gave us a wrong total number for overall value, which they admit it at checkout and asked us to pay the difference of ovral 21 JOD - swimming pool was super dirty so they close it in the next day so we couldn't swim at adults pool and stay at kids area which unacceptable as well - there was no music at the pools and they refused to let us get our music speaker inn
6.7 Good
Cons: when we went there , everything was closed , the par and the pool so its a bad one
6.7 Good
Pros: Bed was super uncomfortable and the staff were nice and helpful
Cons: The infinity pool was closed and the rooms weren't very clean also food and water are overpriced and extremely expensive. I also didn't like that they allow guys alone not mixed groups only
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: I did not like anything
Cons: Stuff attitude, fixing telephones inside room and better room service quality
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Position, the kindness of the staff. Almost all the rooms have a seaview. Our room was at the 7th floor, overlooking the Dead Sea, loking the lights of Jerusalem.
Cons: The restaurants are a bit expensive, considering that you are in Jordan, even if in a Hilton.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every things
Cons: There are many flies on the buffet
5.4 Okay
Pros: The location was the only thing worth it but there are other hotels in the same are you should consider before staying to the Hilton.
Cons: -Don’t expect anyone to handle your luggage, this didn’t happen - during security screening, our Bluetooth speaker was confiscated as it is not allowed in the premises. We asked why, they said because we were not allowed to use it outside, which we were not intending to. - ironically someone in the room above ours decided to have a party at 2am, we called front desk to report the noise and we were told this was “someone working”. We insisted that they should check, an hour later (3am) the noise stopped. We don’t know if someone checked and put a stop to it or if they finally went to bed. - the coffee at breakfast was greasy and possibly reheated a good 5 times.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location is not bad although the beach is very small. The views are exquisite since the hotel is located at a hill. Italian restaurant's food is really good. The F&B service inside the hotel is amazing, unlike the operations service (check in and check out). Hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable and well designed. We got the room with terrace on the ground floor and it was very nice sitting outside in the garden and also have a quick access to the pool.
Cons: Check in and check out process was horrendous. We had to wait 30 mins outside the gate to let us in, then wait in line for 45 mins to be checked in. The process is insanely manual and lengthy and there was literally noone on the floor to talk to or ask anything. Hugely disappointed by the service of such a prominent and large respectable 5 star hotel. The adults pool was very very dirty as well, we couldn't stay for more than mins and ended up on the other pool. You call the reception, most of the times they don't answer.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Beds and pillows are very comfortable, the room view is excellent, room amenities and electrical plugs are great, the shower is very nice.
Cons: It would be great if there is a weighing scale in the room.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The place
Cons: Very Long time for check in and out

Pros: Elegant. Water. Dead Sea beach
Cons: Too many early risers disturb the peace roust children.
7.9 Good
Pros: location and facilities
Cons: food is not good and not value for money
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was very nice, beach access was relatively close. Sunsets over the balcony were beautiful.
Cons: Food is very expensive, as evidenced by the fact that you cannot even get water without paying for it. I did enjoy the food but for nearly $30 for supper and a water, it could have been better. Also, the day I arrived the gym was in disarray, with dirt on the mats and weights scattered all over the place. Additionally, the dumbbells with removable plates were not tightened. This created somewhat of a safety hazard and I tightened each one by hand to ensure they weren't going to fall on me during sets. See attached photos.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We went here to enjoy full experience of floating in the dead sea, cover ourselves with Mudd, chill out in the pools and refresh for further journey through Jordan - all points were meet. Amazing place with direct access to the sea, amazing views from the terrace where we had dinner, spacious rooms.
Cons: I would like the sea to be a bit closer - unfortunately is evaporates fast :-)

Cons: respond of room services
7.1 Good
Pros: Swimming pools are really nice, the view was great. Staff is nice too, keep up the good work !
Cons: We heard some noises through the door of our room on early morning, the doors seem not so insulating from the outside of the room (and it was the same about the walls in fact). Staff should do an effort concerning the cleanliness in general.
7.9 Good
Pros: Kids pools are very nice Breakfast was above my expectations
Cons: There was only one set of towels in the room.. Even though I specified that am checking in with my wife and 2 year old kid, water is overpriced
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location, the room I stayed in, and facilities.
Cons: The towels in the room was very very old and falling apart! Same thing the pool towels, also, we couldn’t get some ice to drink a cold class of water in the room, the only way to get ice is to buy a bucket of ice! That was very cheap from a 4 star hotel!

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff very helpful and co operative. Doing very well even though the hotel was really crowded. Excellent dinner buffet, really delicious and much better than the breakfast. The kids swimming pool, Directly accessible from our room which was great for the kids. Panorama swimming pool opening till 9.00 pm is a great idea (makes this hotel our favorite place in dead sea). Good entertainment program for the kids and adults.
Cons: Delay in preparing and giving the room at check in (always takes long times even when we arrive at 3.00 pm) . Rooms need more care and stains removal. AC was not working properly (couldn't control the room temperature). Very crowded hotel, mainly due to the convenient prices. No drinks and food service near the main and the kids swimming pools.

7.9 Good
Pros: Location is excellent. Surprisingly, room was well decorated with Flowers. It was really a very delighted experience.
Cons: Only swimming pool timing. After sunset, swimming is not allowed . May be this rule is implemented for safety and security of guest. Hotel is very big. I believe scope of improvement is there for administration and management. But overall, it was a great experience.

6.3 Good
Pros: Cleanliness only. Nothing else to actually like
Cons: -Some unprofessional and rude staff from frontdesk. -Service time was disastrous and tardy. They took over an hour and three calls to bring a bucket of ice. Food ordered from their kitchen came over an hour when promised to be served within 30 min. And to our surprise the chicken was hot but the potatoes were cold cold not even warm. -Some room items are uneasy to use such as the closet where the door slides literally like 1 mm upfront another side drawers so if you don't push the drawers hard enough intentionally you get a dysfunctional closet. And only 2 clothes hangers? -Bathtub rust. And other metal room furniture rust. - TV remote controller has a big broken chunk. -TV cable channels aren't clear, with some channels, not at all. - Quilt cover is OPEN and cannot be zipped or clipped and the quilt - which is likely not washed after every visit, keeps popping out! -Very unprofessional valet parking service staff.

Pros: nothing
Cons: Everything was poor. We reserved a room for three, it appeared they gave us a twin-bed room, and added an extra bed, which was not comfortable, and my daughter fell over several times. the resort is far from the sea, and they advised that there is a shuttle bus, which was out of order and we had to wait for 40 minutes, then went on foot in this very hot weather, and the road was half done, and very rough, and there were stray dogs running around. The beach itself had no staff except for one, no towels were offered. The bus driver came to pick us back with a bad attitude, the next day we wanted to go, the hotel provided a small car, which was barely operating. Photos will be provided . The reservation did not include breakfast, (although I thought it did), regardless, we paid around 15 JD. for each person, and the food was not up to expectations as well. we tried to take lunch there and it did not look good, and the options were very limited. The water for bathing was not hot as well. the service was slow (if any). The staff were not cooperative as well.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The service was great. I really liked the seimming pool.
Cons: The dinner was rather expensive I think - 17 JD per person without drinks. There isn't any places for walking in the evening. So you can't leave the hotel. The beach is rather far from the hotel, you can't walk because it's too hot in here and you need to wait a transfer from the hotel. A little bit uncomfortable.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is great.
Cons: There are a lot of mosquitos.
7.9 Good
Pros: A short walk - or shuttle ride - to the Dead Sea beach, easy to access e.g. early in the morning for a nice "float". Nice pool and pool area, breakfast was good. Other reviewers complained about the area but the hotel was good, beach easily accessible, pool very nice abd overall seems a much better for money tham other much more expensive options in the area. PS Baptismal site is just a short drive away - 20 min.
Cons: Additional bed added to a double room was like a folding bed and very dusty underneath :( shower cabin could use some renovation and towels were very worn.
6.3 Good
Pros: perfectly comfortable mattress , room was clean and breakfast was great!
Cons: Security concerns ,especially in the pool area . Despite the fact that there are security cameras in some areas, the manager was not willing to review camera footage to see who took my sunglasses which i reported as lost/stolen. This is not right especially when I provided the manager with specific times and specific area where I was sure I last seen my sunglasses. They only told me that no one has approached them and no one returned my item to their lost and found department Of course I felt devastated at check-out. That sunglasses was a gift from my late friend and apart the fact that it was highly valued being such an established brand - Hugo Boss. In my 2-day stay, I noticed some shady local people who were by the pool which perhaps I didn't feel much safe.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great pool area, shuttle to Dead Sea were great. Rooms were large and comfy. Breakfast was lovely and wide ranging. Staff were lovely.
Cons: We had no hot water in the room which I would have expected. Little disappointing. You only get one towel token for the pool. restaurants didn’t have much choice for evening meal and service of food was quite slow.
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: Extremly expensive meals that was not varied, not enough fruit, no fresh juices, even though it's the middle of the fruit season! Dead Sea in comaprison that i know from Israel Neve Zohar was disappointing...
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff
Cons: The food
7.1 Good
Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. Good selection of food and attentive staff.
Cons: Young children running around in the restaurant unsupervised. Very dangerous when people are carrying hot foods. Families coming to the restaurant and the lifts with wet clothes. People ignoring the No diving signs in the pool.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: quiet location, good facility.
Cons: elevators weren't working properly and in our last day the electricity went off for 2 hours.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Overall our stay was great! The staff was very polite and friendly at the same time. Since we checked in, Aladdin the receptionist was very accommodating and gave us all important information to make our stay a great one. On another note, Mary Grace at the Spa was amazing! She is such a good professional and a great therapist. She was truly attentive with the pressure and helped me out a lot in order to feel relaxed! Honestly she was the gem of our stay! Congratulations for having her in your spa team! We will definitely come back to Ramada Dead Sea! Well done to the management for the selection of their staff!
Cons: Great staff & Amazing spa treatments!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Our room was very clean and comfortable. It is great for relax, because there is anything around the hotel.
Cons: Expensive food and drinks. Hard to reach without car.
