1. breakfast does not meet international traveller's standards; 2. TV needs to be checked for appropriate processor power supply / bandwidth; 3. furniture could be arranged in a more comfortable manner; 4. hi-fi music in the lobby until after 11p.m. made its way up to second floor; 5. carpet does not look very appealing

The staff were all so helpful, friendly and made the stay an extremely enjoyable one. The room was very clean and comfortable and dinner in the restaurant was very very good !!. This stay was for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and they also loved the hotel, the room they had was gorgeous and they also said the staff were all fantastic. I requested flowers and sparkling wine for my parents when they arrived and the choice of flowers and wine was really great. All in all a lovely stay, would definately recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Staff were very pleasant. Bedroom very spacious.
Hotel is generally very tired looking, especially the bedrooms. Shower attachments was broken so showering was difficult. Breakfast choices poor.
