Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to MRT stations, shopping centers, and Taipei 101, making it convenient for exploring the city. The price is also considered reasonable, especially for budget travelers. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with numerous reports of dust, mold, unpleasant odors, and inadequate housekeeping. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff helpful and friendly, while others experienced unprofessional or unresponsive behavior. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and affordability, but significant improvements in cleanliness and some aspects of service are needed.
