Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access local attractions and transportation. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several reviewers noting the presence of Japanese-speaking staff and thoughtful service touches. Many guests found the rooms to be clean and spacious, and appreciated amenities like bathtubs. However, some reviews mentioned that the hotel and its facilities are dated, with occasional issues related to air conditioning, hot water, and room outlets. Overall, guests felt the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for the value and location.AI-generated from customer reviews
