Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central and convenient location, especially its proximity to the old town and main attractions. However, many were disappointed by the lack of reception or poor communication with staff, with several reporting difficulties accessing their rooms and unhelpful or unavailable personnel. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, with mentions of dust, odors, and insufficient housekeeping. Overall, while the location is a highlight, service and cleanliness fell short of expectations.
