John & Linda are a very welcoming couple and take care to tell you about the area and things to do. John used to be a professional cook so the breakfast you get is not run of the mill and was a highlight. They provide you with a menu to customise the night before and the bruschetta he made me used fresh tomatoes from his garden! The house itself has an old-world charm with homely furnishings. The bathrooms were newly renovated in our room so very clean and modern. The aircon was a treat as well given we had plus 35 degree days in January! Another highlight was the closeness to the sea, you can hear the waves at night from your room and was really convenient for walks into town and nearby restaurants.
I didn't like that other reviews comment on the old decor - it's a B&B and this is their home so don't expect high-end modern facilities. If you get to know John & Linda you'll find your stay very warm. There's no free wifi, so just turn off your phone and enjoy the natural scenery!
Spa on the balcony was awesome. Nice ocean view. Breakfast is very nice and plentiful. Owners are lovely. Very quiet place. No noise at all at night. Bed was very comfortable Good value for money overall.
No bath. Old, stale smell, like old carpet or.old furnishings.

John and Linda are lovely and make you feel very welcome. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and close to everything needed. Great rooms too.
The location is amazing.
Did not represent value for money. The lighting was too bright in the bedroom. Old fashioned decor, for more than $200 a night, I would expect seaviews, new carpet, and spacious bathroom.
