Pros (+) The water view balcony was nice
Cons (-) I was here with my in-laws in two rooms. The hotel rooms were filthy. They hadn’t been cleaned and the bedding hadn’t been changed. There was no soap or shampoo in either room. I went to the front desk and other people had the same complaint. He handed them a bar of soap. Then he handed me one bar as well even though I had two rooms. Pros (+) I had read a review that stated the pillows were lumpy. Well, my bed looked lumpy, but looks can be deceiving. I got one of the best night sleeps I've had in a long time. The bed and pillows were definitely NOT lumpy.
Cons (-) The view. It was the backside of the front entrance facade.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Restaurant was reasonably priced and food was delicious. Best feature is the location...easy walk to Lake Sumter Landing and town square.
