Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's historic charm, beautiful architecture, and convenient location. However, many express disappointment with the lack of personal service, poor breakfast offerings, and issues with cleanliness and maintenance in some areas. While some rooms are described as comfortable and well-furnished, the overall guest experience is often diminished by absent staff, insufficient amenities, and a need for better upkeep. Positive experiences are highlighted when staff are present and attentive, but these are less frequent. Overall, the hotel has great potential but requires improvements in service, cleanliness, and breakfast quality to meet guest expectations.
