Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access city attractions on foot. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and ability to communicate in multiple languages. Cleanliness was also highlighted positively in several reviews. However, many guests were disappointed by ongoing renovations, unavailable amenities such as breakfast and restaurant services, and occasional issues with room facilities. Despite these drawbacks, the value for money and overall atmosphere were appreciated by many visitors.
